  1. Sums LCFC up - nothing to play for. No doubt we'll finish about 12th now, if we're lucky
  2. Need to take our chances with Hamer in goal!!
  3. When you're mature you'll want to sit down, particularly if you've got knees like me!!
  4. Those that want to stand won't when they grow up.
  5. "Things that WILL happen next season". Leicester City, unfortunately, not winning the title again, certainly not with the current squad of players. Big changes and massive clear-out required.
  6. I think this is great news. It will give the Football Association enough funds to build a brand new 120K all seater stadium at St George's Park near Burton-upon-Trent. Vacating London as many other businesses are doing will be good for football, good for fans and make accessibility to a more centralised location in England the best thing since Wembley was built. We don't need Wembley and all the hassle of travelling to and from them a nightmare. This is a "goalden" opportunity for the footballing authorities to do something right for a change.
  7. Slimani, another striker who failed to strike at Leicester City. Not missed at all.
  8. You mean season ticket holder, chuff!!
  9. Oh dear, the 'Nearly Team' are tottering now!!
  10. They also say he's not used to the "pace" of the Premiership, cobblers!! He should be a fit, athletic individual ready to take part in the best league in the world. Can we really afford the luxury of incoming players having to find their feet 6 months on?
  11. That'll be interesting.
  12. Why do people say that, of course, he didn't but given the great fanfare and much trumpeting of his arrival I for one certainly expected more by now. Perhaps you're one of many who sits easily with mediocrity!!
  13. Can anyone remember the last FULL game we played well (apart from bottom Club WBA)? It really has been a shabby end to the season and one in which the supporters deserved better.
  14. We were promised so much before the bodged transfer yet all we've had is a deflated balloon. Not the player we anticipated and joins a long line of players who have not proved their worth. Have our owners really got money to squander?
  15. I wouldn't expect anything less from England's No. 9
  16. Personally I'd play all those periphery players who haven't really played this season against Soton, starting with Hamer. After all what have we got to play for? Very dismal last half of the season.
  17. Not good enough. Have appeared happy to remain in 8th for the last 2 months but that is in danger now. Summer clearance beckons!!
  18. Roll on the cricket season!!
  19. Leicester City have no desire nor ambition to try an achieve 7th spot and today look like getting a right mauling.
  20. Accept the fact that this is life in the Premiership and Championship. Yes, I used to stand on the 'Popular Side' at Filbert Street because that's the way it was. I don't remember folk shouting that seats should be installed. Berate the hooligans whose antics brought about the change in stadium designs and all seating environments.
  21. The game has moved on from the dark days and there is no room for so-called "safe standing areas" in the modern era. If you want to stand go to a 17th tier game and enjoy yourself.
  22. The players do not to be continually told how important the next game is how vital it is to gain 7th spot after all we're not dealing with kids - are we? The fact is certain players could be the ruination of this Club if a) they are not moved on or b) their hearts aren't in it.
  23. How often have we heard that players don't this tactic or that tactic since we arrived back in the Premiership. The fact is that the Club employ a manager whose job it is to manage and with the helped of his assistants set tactics against whatever the opposition is. What needs to be asked is; does the Club have the players to take us to the next level and the answer after Saturday's dismal display is abundantly NO!! Players have too much power nowadays and with the antics of mischievous agents in the background it is becoming more difficult for them all to be singing and playing off the same hymn sheet. It's high time many got their heads down, did their job and started to respect the manager whoever he is.
  24. Players know themselves when their time is up. Morgan, great servant but please don't spoil it all by attempting to go on and on and on. Having said that there are a number of players on the books who have had their day at Leicester. Time to say "Thank you and Goodbye"!!
