I feel its both. We have the fans who claim our squad is mid EPL level, even worse if we kept Enzo thats where we would be, its as if Burnley never happened. The club built a state of the art training ground in the middle of nowhere outside the city, as if they felt the club had made it to the big time. There is no question this is having issues with our squad in my opinion, they in a spa for 5 days a week, which isnt manned by world class coaches. I will take Albrighton's word for it. We dont need 3 keepers in the squad, the best thing to do would be to not renew both iverson and ward, then leave keepers as is, but if we do something as stupid as selling mads, then just replace him one to one, 3 keepers is extra wages and signing fees, if we hit the very rare situation of both keepers injured we would be allowed to do an emergency signing.

Things like XG, possession, passing %, building out from the back. They actually all dont matter, they might be nice things to have, but the bread and butter is points.

I have seen a fair few teams who do well without doing fancy football, including ourselves. However even if the end goal is playing attractive football, you have to learn to walk before you can run, we were struggling it with it last season, so to think we could make it work the season after in a higher season with minimal funding has no logic to it. You play the way you need to get results, whilst building a better squad in the back ground, then when the squad is ready and the team is settled in the division, then you can make a transition.

No idea, but its a bit odd, she seemingly has no authority over him despite her job title, and she cant even sit on the front row. Game finishes at 90 + add on time not 60 mins. I couldnt give a rats ass we have 1% possession, crap passing percentage or whatever, as long as we win the game.
