As a way of escape from the real world, on Friday we went to see Spamalot at the Concordia theatre in Hinckley. (Thereby missing the City game, phew) For a small amateur theatrical group, it was excellent. Well produced, staged and directed. Very close to the West End show (having watched YouTube clips) but for £14 a ticket, well.... Well done to all

From my Sis in law experience, it's buy new or struggle to get the model you want as few resale forecourts won't take on the loss. Px Teslas and other EV's have such a fall off the resale cliff that they aren't attractive to second gen dealers to take on. I don't know what happens to 2nd hand Teslas but I imagine there must be some but not many dealers that will buy cheap but expect a percentage drop in any resale.

Having read this a thought randomly jumped into my rather jumbled head. What if countries like Russia see being slow/against tackling climate change as being a long term way of holding the likes of western Europe hostage to provision?

My mate used to own a window blind fitting business and always took all the tools out of his van every night. It still regularly got broken into and was costing him. In the end he just left it unlocked and empty.

I had my first ride in a Tesla the other day. Maybe controversially, I can't say I'm all that impressed. Sure it's all electric and has masses of tech etc, but the interior is just, well, bland. Just the one interactive screen and nothing else. No "dashboard" with electronic dials or speedo/rev counter or anything else that I like in a "cockpit". Do I really need to see traffic cones and irrelevant parked vehicles on the screen? My own "normal" car has a kind of wrap around feel from the driving seat which appeals to me. Little lights on the steering wheel, the door handle recesses, a nicely illuminated centre console. Actual dials in front of me, I don't mind if they're analogue or digital, just something that responds to my input. I know it's subjective but those things appeal to me. I have no doubt there are EVs that have those things I've mentioned, but I expected more driving excitement from a Tesla.

If only we had a crystal ball, eh?

Messi is flat out better at everything in football compared to Salah. Should you want to compare the stats too, that's not really gonna work out well for Mo as well.
