I agree with some of the sentiments above aroun people being turned off of football/premier league in general. For those, how about going to watch some lower league football? I used to watch a distant family member play for Hinckley Utd and it was so much more entertaining, interesting and exciting than LCFC slogging it out in the Championship as it was at the time

I have nothing to add here other than that I absolutely love this thread - it’s the first and only one I have “followed”. I feel it really captures one essence of what FT can be all about - reasoned discussion, q&a’s and many points backed up with evidence and examples - thanks to all involved but especially @StriderHiryu

I had it done in 2018 after years of glasses and contact lenses. It honestly changed my life, the day/procedure itself was bizarre but it was worth it and waking up the following morning with UltraHD 4K Supervision was incredible, I just couldn’t stop looking at stuff that was so far away. Honestly reckoned that if I squinted I could see tomorrow. over time my eyes have settled back a little bit - probably not helped by the fact that my phone screen is 10inches from my face 99% of the time but I would definately recommend it.

How do you actually get to listen to radio Leicester online? I live in Hampshire and it directs me to bbc .co.U.K. / sport commentaries but it wasn’t on there?

Somebody has left a comment under that video of the forest fans quoting “don’t boolie meh” and then YouTube has given the option to Translate into English 😂😂

Well actually I was thinking of the blue one but an idea of both actually would be nice. ballpark figures are okay - we were just talking about them at work today - I guessed in the hundreds but I really have no idea to be honest

I bought one of the Score Draw Ind Coope replica shirts the other week but was wondering, how much would an original one go for these days?

I have no affiliation to them but I used Aston and Co in Wigston when I sold what was my first flat in 2019. I also assumed that all estate agents are cvnts and I’d agree that 99.9999% of them are. Aston and Co are the exception to the rule. They really did go above and beyond to get the place sold quickly and even sorted out some post-sale issues too. I don’t live in Leicestershire at all anymore but if I did, I’d be using Aston and Co.

And? Who wouldn’t want to maximise the earnings, particularly when the job is pretty much 24/7 these days. if they’re not playing or training, what are they doing? Rehab/prehab, sitting in the house, travelling to games. it’s not like they’re out on the lash every week is it and as others have said. It’s a short career -

I watched about 60% of that game abs by far the worst thing was the commentary. The commentator just kept………. Putting huge………. Pauses in her……..sentences. All the god-damned game. It was unlistenable. -
I’m a firefighter and a couple of Christmas day’s ago we got sent to a hospital to cut a c0ck ring off some poor fellas chap. It had been on there for about 48 hours and his Hampton had swelled to the size of a balloon and I spent about an hour of that Christmas afternoon eyes to eye with the beast, like yourself, very hands on. I missed the Queens speech that day. The guy had out the ring around both his shaft and his nut-sac, apparently that they best way to do it, I’m to vanilla to know really, what I did know was that no amount of line was getting this thing off. In the end, we cut it with a hydraulic tool that is used to cut the pedals off of cars when people feet are trapped in them after road collisions. The guy was lucky, the doctors said either we cut the ring off or he’s going to have to cut one of his spuds off.

I wasn’t at the game today, but generally speaking, it seems to me that goal music is simply used as a form of crowd control. Instead of an entire mass of people going mad, jumping around on top of each other in a totally uncontrolled way they blast out a tune, everybody sings/claps/bounces along and as soon as it’s over sits down again. maybe I’m totally wrong but that’s how it always came across to me when I did attend marches both with and without music. Same applies to pre-match music as well, as much as the teams have their routine of walk out, line up. Shake hands etc - the crowd has its music/video routine too and it keeps us all in our seats and behaving exactly as the club want us to

Signed - And re-signed-in to Foxestalk to offer you my most sincere condolences. I’m so sorry for your loss -
You know, I haven posted on here for years. But I’m compelled to tonight and I have no idea what to say. I have never felt such a loss for somebody I have never met, only seen in passing or from afar. They say the measure of a man is not what he says, it’s what he does. Vichai, you came from nowhere - we were sceptical, we weren’t sure but slowly and surely you took us to heights that we would have laughed at had you told us what was going to happen in advance. Then. You donated MILLIONS to help our children. Invested in grassroots football, bought the stadium, raised millions more for our local charities... you even got the drinks in for your birthday. We’ll never know why you chose us, but we are grateful for the time you spent with us and you will never be forgotten. When you smiled with us, the whole world smiled too. May you rest in peace.

Take roller deodorant? Or just but it there?

I liked that one. I must admit, on the rare occasion I have to go into London for work it's always during rush hour and the tube pulls into the station and in my eyes, it's not physically possible to fit more people on. Oh how wrong was I.

Wtf is that bloke trying to do to that dog? He deserved to fall in at the very least.
