That's not a good move for Edwards IMHO. He'd be better off biding his time, staying at Boro and waiting for a better move. Wolves is a big club, but like us, it looks like they're a bit of a shambles behind the scenes. I can see them being where we are in 12 months.

Marti will make a half time sub or two. Norwich will double their lead around the hour mark after one of our defenders switches off completely. I'd just add, if he was scouted and recommended by someone within our. scouting team (and I highly doubt he was)....that person needs to face a firing squad. Preferably first thing tomorrow.

I've thought for a while that he's not up to it, but conversely I also do have a lot of sympathy for him. Imagine flagging to the board that we're in desperate need of a striker, and their solution to the problem is to sign Carranza. I do feel for him in that regard, but I also think he's been very questionable tactically and hasn't helped himself at times.

The only winner tonight is this guy's agent. We've been absolutely had here. Which is always a risk when you don't bother scouting someone, and I'm absolutely convinced we've never had him watched. Little Johnny getting rinsed by agents once again.

Don't really know exactly why, but I remember being in a London pub watching us get battered 5-2 by Brighton in 2022 when I went from thinking 'we are in trouble" to "this team isn't going to turn it around, it's going to get relegated". There's poor performances, and there's what we produced that day - it was completely abject. An absolute surrender.
