I signed in literally just to tell you that you're obsessed but luckily someone else has already done it. There are much bigger problems at this club than Andy King. He's our worst midfielder. Obviously. But you need people like Andy King. Hugely popular member of the first team squad, knows everything there is to know about the club. For similar reasons that we kept Ulloa, we should keep King for as long as he wants to stay. He's not playing in big games - what's the big problem? When he does play he's not great - i dont even think Puel would argue he is a real PL option for us now. Lay off him and focus your negative comments away from a club legend who deserves more respect.

Leicester v Fleetwood - FA Cup Replay Pre-match Thread

Hamer Amartey Huth Benny Fuchs Albrighton Iborra Silva James Gray Ulloa I love Andy King but I don't want him to start against anyone anymore. Actually pretty sad... -
In the upper tier today a group of about 20 (racist) fans starting chanting ‘Shinji Okazaki, duh duh duh’ as an Asian man came up the stairs, pointing at him. We truly have some of the most moronic fans in football.

**** off. How is it ok that we have two 12:30 aways on the spin? not even a good fixture!! Load of shite

Philippe Coutinho v Riyad Mahrez comparison

This nails all the points for me. Mahrez in a team that has the ball all the time would be scary. Also if Mahrez was called Mahrezinho or whatever it would definitely enhance his value. -

3/10 first half, 10/10 second half. doesnt get better than that second half performance. Completely nullified their attacks, magic from Mahrez, confidence from Slimani, reliability from Albrighton, stability from James & Ndidi. A genuinely brilliant half of football. having said that, Huddersfield are only outdone by Brighton as the worst team I’ve seen this year. Boring, lacking creativity and just a completely dead team. Out of their depth in the PL but may be saved by the shit nature of the league this year. -

Mahrez is better at what he does than VVD is at defending. The man’s a complete genius and we shouldn’t sell for under £100m. Genuinely. Not our fault the market is the way it is now. -
Just because someone is a legend doesn't mean they are exempt from (justifiable) criticism. In my 15 years following Leicester he's been the best goalie I've seen us have and has won us more points than he has lost. In recent weeks, however, he has made two basic individual mistakes and he should be held to account about them.

Should just be able to keep them out from set pieces if we play: Hamer Simpson Morgan Huth Fuchs Benalouane Dragovic Iborra Amartey Slimani Ulloa
-
He’s our most overrated player from the media outside of Leicester. Great shot stopper but is so inept at dealing with crosses, and his record with free kicks speaks for itself.

We’d have won that game today with Iborra. We don’t, and in my opinion, can’t, win games of football with Andy King in midfield. Creative? No. Strong? No. Quick? No. Tidy? Yes. It’s just not enough. P.s that second half from Chilwell is probably the worst individual half performance I’ve seen since Roman Bednar at Millwall all those years ago ... -
Riyad Mahrez - The great Artist
daddylonglegs replied to The whole world smiles's topic in Leicester City Forum
Yeah he got an assist, should’ve got another if it wasn’t for crap finishing, took the game to the opposition and was our best player but what else? Its not good enough why’s he not scored 4 goals????? get out of my club Riyad it’s not good enough . -
Leaving before full-time last night.

There used to be one guy who went to all the away games in the Champ/League 1 days who would literally stand there and sing that at every opportunity. Some proper bad bad weirdos out there. -
I thought he was getting game time? This sounds like rubbish to me. Would be a brilliant fit for us but I'll keep my excitement low for this.

best performance since Sevilla at home? -
TBF I've had no respect for the club since they got rid of Uptown Funk pre match. How tf are we supposed to give it to em without pre match clapper unison? It's a disgrace and leaves a bad taste.

Will we see Andy King leave in January ?
daddylonglegs replied to Stopper's topic in Leicester City Forum
I speak to his Mum sometimes at away games. She always says he wants to play football so has considered leaving. There's often Championship clubs & the Watfords and Burnleys of the world interested in him. She always says how much he loves it here though. It's got to be a difficult decision. He'll take a pay cut to go somewhere else, but he'll get to finish his career playing week in week out. Whatever he does he'll always, always be a complete and utter legend to me. I always got him on the back of my shirt growing up and he's still one of my favourite players now. -
Paul Taylor - Of Fossils & Foxes

RIP. Never spoke to him but often saw him at away games, especially in London. I'm very glad the club managed to give him something back for all his hard work, with the PL title - as I imagine like all of us he saw some crap during his time! Thoughts with his family and friends.
