Yeah it definitely is good to have a treat! But I felt electric after my run yesterday, this morning not so much. Probably the booze more than anything.

Did a really excellent 8 miles just under 1 hour 10 yesterday(heart rate was at 145). Went out for someone’s birthday drinks last night, had an absolutely disgusting kebab on way home. Think I’ve realised to make real progress last in the running, I’ve got to knock these night outs on the head.

Yeah I’ve seen stuff previously about how it was one fan who started it, almost by accident. It’s just seemingly random, rather than anything tangible. It’s great for those fans who go to Bochum I am sure.

Good luck to both group of fans but I would like to see more information as to how we are lumbered with Bochum and they with us.

I don’t think it was unreasonable to give Vestegaard a new deal, considering at the time Enzo was manager and how crucial he was last season. However, at his age a year deal plus an extension if plays x amount of games and we stays up would have been good planning. I remember Lloyd Dyer signing for Watford after we offered him something similar, saying it was our policy re age of players but then gave Wes Morgan a big contract!
