I seriously wonder if Fatawu has concussion issues, passing into zones where there’s not a single City player. What is he seeing?

If it was our intent to play the way we have today on the front foot, early forward passes etc then that explains the “technical decision” of leaving out Winks, possibly as a result of the analysis team finally realising why our possession stats don’t equate to more action in the final third but I do suspect it’s more of the personality thing though.

To be subbed for his all round sh*teness was justifiable in itself. Avoid defeat, anlienate the anttitude problem ones and get minutes for Nelson, Page, Aluko and Evans and it will be a small step towards a forward thinking plan for the future.
