No need to target Okoli. They will just wait for him to pass the ball to them.

Good to see Mav has been dropped. Musaka will be playing Daka and Fatawu into space as much as possible, hopefully Fatawu actually utilises the space ahead instead of standing still like he does too often with JJ The defence is still the biggest issue. Ricardo needs putting bed. He’s always out of position and can’t keep up. Okoli is the biggest concern. Hopefully it won’t be 3 games in a row where a stupid hall leads to a goal. He causes so many problems and puts others under pressure. Really need to smash these and not just pass around taking it slowly. Statement time.

Sadly both are thick and play themselves into trouble at the expense of their team mates, but all our defence does it with such ease. As long as Okoli plays, he will make mistakes every game and cost us more points till the end of this season . A manager isn't going to be able to stop his brain shutting down and stuttering before he passes the ball to the opposition. Either he has been poorly coached by not correcting and improving this weakness, or he is beyond coaching. I'm thinking it's both. We can all see he is unable to pass the ball but Ricardo, Nelson and the keepers constantly put him in situations that he can't handle. He isn't very good at an important part of what he's being asked to do, passing the ball to a player on our team. The poor clearance the other game was inexcusable for any professional player.

Thomas is useless at either end. He stunk out that attack by passing backwards while we had momentum. Just the he doesn’t bother clearing it but dives.

Quality for such a young lad. He has been taught to play in a team and not show boat.

Let’s pass the ball out of defence under pressure. If only they didn’t have to share a brain cell.

Another game for Ricardo to look forward, stop turn back and pass to Okoli. The boro midfield don’t even need to make a tackle, they just have to wait for him to pass. I expect more overplaying and underthinking from Mav. Musaka will start by trying to play him into space, then have to adapt his game when Mav only wants the ball standing still.

If Okoli plays then we are a goal down before we kick a ball. Ricardo back pass to Okoli who then plays it to their midfield. Hopefully Mavadidi has been told that he is allowed to run ahead into the open space where Musaka keeps passing the ball.

Also his pathetic clearance for the first. This guy is costing us every week, not just the goals we concede but his terrible passing stinks out the start of our attacks. It's obvious that he has the footballing IQ of a Mavadidi and the same passing range as my nan, yet Ricardo will auto back pass and put him under pressure his ability doesn't need.

When he does actually beat a player or get in a good position, he freezes at the first chance to cross/shoot and cuts back to have another go at beating the player he has already beat.

Because he’s a lazy twat and has to do everything from a standing start. He has very limited footballing intellect. He rarely brings anyone into the game, doesn’t run ahead into space and most of the time actively avoids doing anything quickly. He’s too concerned about doing his step overs than the basics. His numbers tell you everything, wrong decisions and poor execution, especially for the amount for game time he gets.

It doesn't help that they constantly play an Enzo ball to him expecting anything other than him not winning a foul or losing the ball, the same with Ayew. when he got fouled it was from Okoli playing his brain reboot pass to him. At this point in his career, I don't think he can still call himself an attacker.

They don't need a sports psychologist, they need good old fashioned cyber bullying or even better, a Huth, Morgan and Waskileski talking to. It's always someone else's problem to deal with. So many times you see the midfield drift away instead of busting a gut to catch up the metre gap. The players back off and allow the crosses to be made, they never attempt to press or at the least put them off. Okoli and Nelson are terrible at defending a cross. I think Nelson would have a better career as a midfielder. He would do a better job than Skipp in passing the ball to the players during an attack.

Even in the prem Mav would never pass to VK. I think he did one forward pass today and just blasted it instead of playing it to the area VK was running to.

Absolutely useless at everything he does. We are always one Ricardo back pass to Okoli away from a goal. The whole back 4 seem to be unable to do the basics.

I think him and Okoli are sharing the same brain cell, both let downs at either rend of the pitch. Too many times makes the wrong decision of overplaying. For a winger he hates to make himself available in space ahead.

No one wants to track or make a tackle in midfield and no one can defend

Even Cooper knew Okoli was shit after the Arsenal away and dropped him. And that's coming from a manager who thought Ayew and Skipp were good players.

Of course. I thought I heard the windows shut down music before the ball was kicked. That throw in just then came because Mav wouldn't pass to VK who was unmarked about a metre away. I can't stand him. Selfish and thick.

Over plays and under think is his style sadly. He peaked under Enzo. Not a team player and not good enough to a luxury player. No difference between him and Ayew.

No Ayew which is a bonus. Shame about Ricardo, he will be the problem today. Always out of position, unable to keep up and always one step behind the attacker. His boring auto back pass to Okoli to stutter while his brain reboots before he passes to the opposition will wear thin. Hopefully the manager recognises this and makes sure Nelson is the only player allowed to pass through ball out the back. I don't expect Mav to pass to VK if he runs ahead, only his boring back pass where he stands still and doesn't even attempt to run ahead into space. Musaka will show Mavadidi up again, he seems to have footballing intellect at his young age and knows how to get players into space by simply passing the ball into it. Hopefully he can get Monga running into space. Unfortunately his team skills development has been stunted this year by the clowns on the pitch and the coaching staff. I don't expect much but happy to be proven wrong.
