Another excellent result and performance, what I love is how Enzo and his team have set such high standards of what is expected, the mentality of the squad and coaching team is exceptional, we could and should have scored 6 or 7 again today, but it isn’t how good we are in possession that impresses me the most, it’s the way we work out of possession which is even more impressive, we are just so ruthless and even in the last minutes when the game is won the hunger and desire that the team show is exceptional. not only has Enzo overhauled the system and playing style but the way he has changed the menatlity is nothing short of mind blowing.

Day and Run 20/31 complete and 100km milestone achieved, times getting slower now, mentally i feel amazing but the body is absolutely shattered. Although my legs are now like KDH’s 😂

Day 18 complete and a bit of a slower one today as knees and ankles are taking a battering but will keep going and ensure I complete the last 13 x 5 km runs this month
