Day 10 of the challenge complete and hit a couple of milestones today, 10 runs completed so pretty much a third of the way through and also hit the 50km mark, just 21 more runs and 105km to go.

Happy Monday, day 9 complete and now just 22 more to go.

Day 8 of 31 complete and just another 23 x 5km runs to go. Since I started this challenge I have been amazed at the number of people who have reached out to me about how they or members of their family have been affected by Prostate Cancer, this is why it’s so vital to keep supporting Prostate FC and Prostate Cancer UK to help raise much needed funds and awareness. Thanks to everyone who has donated and shared messages of support so far it really means the world and it has given me so much energy and motivation to complete this. I will post link to my just giving page for anyone wanting to make a donation.

Thanks for the support pal really appreciate it, felt a bit leggy yesterday but hopefully body is still holding up and if I have to I will literally hobble my way round to make sure I complete this challenge and continue to raise money and awareness for this great cause.

Day 7 completed just the 24 left to go. Quickest one so far. Thanks for all the donations and messages so far, the support from the blue army has been unreal and the @BSLBPod are supporting me along the way too which is awesome. Already raised over a £1k and would love to raise a shit load more for this amazing charity

We are doing a run on the 24th October before the Sunderland game would be great for the Foxestalk family to support 👍🏼

Apologies if these posts are getting repetitive or even a bit boring but day 6 completed and just the 25 more to go. Weather was absolutely honking but this challenge is worth every single second. Horrible 1st half with PNE sat so deep with a bank of 5 and 4, we struggled to create any meaningful attacks but what we did do was make them work so hard out of possession that by the hour mark they were gone. The 2nd half performance was superb and we absolutely took advantage of the control we had in the game. What I love about this squad and management team is our ability to win games in so many different ways, it is relentless. Fully deserved that win against a side that really did park the proverbial bus.

Possibly the poorest 45 minutes of the season so far, this is partly due to PNE being so well drilled and disciplined however got to hope we grind them down in the 2nd half. So far lacking quality and a cutting edge in the final 3rd.

Day4 done and dusted this was the hardest one so far, zero energy in the legs this morning. 27 more to go and it’s so worth it being able to take part in this challenge and raise money for Prostate Cancer UK. please keep the messages coming as it really does help especially as it’s only going to get harder especially given the fact I am fast approaching the big 50 this year. The support from this forum has been superb and amazing so far and I cannot thank everyone enough for the donations received to this point.
