  1. If he is sacked part of his severance package will include a non disclosure agreement meaning nothing will come out.
  2. Think RVN will walk once the window has closed and if he can claim a lack of backing and broken promises he will probably be able to leave with a level of dignity and his reputation not in tatters, if he stays on and we take another couple of heavy beatings then his reputation could well take a battering.
  3. In - lots of piss and hot air throughout the day of player x being linked and trying to do a deal for player Y but overall think it will be a disappointing day with no additions Outs - few fringe/academy players out on loan and Ruud resigning by back end of the day / tomorrow morning.
  4. Wow that is some rumour If we are into him, very different to anything we currently have, would be fairly cheap, kind of sums up where we are if true.
  5. As @Ric Flair and @Babylon have said he isn’t directly scouting individual players, so he is not directly to blame for recruiting players such as BDCR, Skipp, Ayew etc however he is directly involved in the decisions that allow the manager to push for certain profiles of players that don’t necessarily align with our *cough* strategy or direction, he is also involved in the negotiation of fees, wages and contract duration so he has to take responsibility for those aspects. Personally I don’t believe he is respected or has the gravitas to operate at the level he does, his limited network is really harming us and I truly believe we are overpaying on fees, wages and contract duration to compensate for his shortcomings.
  6. This why I think Ruud will walk he is a proud man and will not suffer fools and being given false promises, he can save his reputation by walking and be open and honest as to the complete shit show of a club we have become. if he clings on he is only damaging his own reputation and what’s the point in that especially when it’s to protect a board not fit for purpose, a DoF out of his depth and a rancid squad of players who don’t want to take a shred of responsibility and accountability for the results and performances.
  7. I really hope he walks of his own decision, no mutual consent or non disclosure agreement and absolutely lays into everything rotten at the club. A board so far out of their depth that even after the humiliation of a previous relegation, are hell bent on a football philosophy that is no longer sustainable given our squad and finances. A board who are lazy and stale in their recruitment, lack any long term planning or continuity, everything is reactive. A DoF incapable of operating at elite football level, continually overpaying for transfer fees and wages to over compensate on his shortcomings and don’t get me started on his inability to move unwanted players on, very rare we move on a squad player without years of loans and them running down a contract. A group of players that have been recruited with no long term strategic planning, don’t like being over coached, can’t stand being given too much freedom and cry like babies when a manager comes in and tries to raise standards. Bunch of overpaid, pampered ego’s who are here for a big payday and barely break a sweat for the club or badge. Go on Ruud blow the lot out the water, it’s toxic and the mentality is weak. Too easy to cry and snivel to the owner who facilitates it, next time Top tell them to feck off and take a good long hard look in the mirror. Hate the state of this club at the moment, horrible from top to bottom.
  8. Was there much in the way of chants directed toward Rudkin and the board yesterday during the debacle?
  9. Horrible feeling it will be Gerrard ….we are lazy, he is available, managed in the prem and is a “name” ……
  10. I was so critical of Cooper and if he had presided over this absolute clusterfunk of a performance he would have been torn a new one, Ruud this is indefensible, the writing has been on the wall for the last few games and he got a get out of jail card last week, but I think this is the final straw, not even sure his heart is really in it, yet another manager who has had enthusiasm kicked out of him by an inept board. Think he will walk tonight.
  11. I hope so I have a tenner on him to be the next manager to go
  12. How have our fans been, have they started with Rudkin out or sack the board chants yet……. I switched off watching as stream was glitching, if it was bad enough watching our useless bunch lumber around the pitch, it’s even worse when it keeps freezing 😂
  13. The ever obliging Leicester City, Everton have scored 5 in 11 and bag 3 in the first half and Beto who hasn’t scored since U12’s has helped himself to a brace. Absolute woeful and gutless performance
  14. Winks and Soumare are far too weak to play as the protective 2 in front of the back 4. Both are so easy to glide past.
  15. I am literally only watching this muck now in the vain hope the fans turn on Rudkin and it goes pretty toxic for the next hour or so
  16. Whispering sweet nothings in Top’s ear
  17. Another article by Tom Collomose and more fingers being pointed at the structure of the club, the narrative is definitely starting to shift which suggests Ruud is voicing the same concerns as Brendan and Enzo. Pressure is definitely cranking up on Top and Rudkin to make some pretty big changes to how we operate as a club.
  18. You know he would bag a hat trick against us.
  19. Cooper had the luxury of a pre season, net spend of £80m, a fully fit squad and a fairly kind fixture list compared to Ruud who has endured a tougher run of games, injuries to key players, £2m to spend and had to implement his style in between a hectic schedule of games. There really is no comparison.
  20. A fresh start will do him good and give him a chance to rebuild his career, when he first came into the team he looked a real prospect, unfortunately for him, he wasn’t to able to kick on to the levels his early potential promised and also as a club, we regressed and as a young player his confidence was affected. I have no doubt a move, new surroundings and a new challenge will reinvigorate a career that has hit the buffers in the last couple of years. He needs the move and we need to free up funds, wages and squad space to rebuild.
  21. There has been shades of O’Neill in his early time here, at the time questionable appointment, has come in and reshaped our style of play, results haven’t been great and then when on the verge, gets a backs to the wall away win (MON beat Wolves). let’s hope this is the start of a real resurgence and we start to pick up much needed results and points to pull away from the relegation places.
  22. This lad is a top top keeper, not in Mads class but he has enough to be our No1 for a long time to come
  23. Wow what a result, when I saw the line up I thought it was a sick joke, fair play Ruud. Now watch him walk away in typical Leicester City fashion 😂
  24. Or he knows he is out of this clown show in the next couple of hours so is chilled as 😂
  25. Ludicrous that we aren’t looking to sell at that kind of money, £5m + performance related add ons and a sell on % of any future profit. Even it’s in euros it’s still £4.2m and that unlocks £16-20m we can spend on incoming fees, absolute madness, we will piss arse around and eventually he will leave for free after hanging around offering little and checked out.
