Go on Kiernan lad

Realistically, results couldn't have have gone much better for us than that.

Where are you watching it?

Sheffield United look abysmal.

LCFC 2-0 Birmingham, post-match thread
BenTheFox replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
I know they've gotten off to shaky starts but I can see Southampton and Ipswich both picking up very soon, for the reason you've mentioned. Both have been unsettled this window with players moving on and others coming in. Ultimately their squads are too good compared to most of this league not to be chasing automatics in my opinion. -
I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt for the time being. He hasn't played well but I'm sure he'd benefit from having a centre forward that makes run and create more space for him. Hopefully we get one.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!
BenTheFox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
He looked miles better in a deeper role when Daka came on, as did the whole team. He can contribute at this level, but shouldn't be leading the line. Hopefully we can can get a quality forward in. -
My bad, the posts I read were from a couple of weeks ago. I thought they were from tonight.
-
Was he really THAT bad? I don't rate him at all but I didn't think that was a horrendous performance from him. Edit: My bad, the posts I read were from a couple of weeks ago. I thought they were from tonight.

I agree with this. We also don't want to run the lad into the ground. He's 16 and getting regular minutes and contributing at championship level. There's a balance between giving him opportunities, letting him develop and putting too much pressure on him. It's important to manage him correctly.
-
He's 16 years-old! It really blows my mind.
-
You've got to give credit where it's due, he was brilliant.
-
Without the ball he did OK. Decent clearances and recovery runs but my god, an absolute bombscare with the ball at his feet.
-
I get where you're coming from. I wasn't keen on it but I wasn't surprised. We're not the best with former players. He didn't disgrace himself when he played for us. He ultimately was just underwhelhiming.
-
Best it's been for some time. I haven't enjoyed a Leicester game that much for a while. Only thing I didn't like was the 'you're just a shit Aston Villa' chant.
-
Get this man central midfieder, an attacking midfielder and a striker and see what he can do. Obviously, I want every Leicester manager to succeed, but I don't think I've wanted one to succeed so much on a personal level for some time.

Mads Hermansen sold to West Ham - Official
BenTheFox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I think we're not far off seeing scenes at West Ham akin to those we saw a few years where their fans stormed the directors box. I for one am here it. -
Alright Benson, take it easy! Talk to Hedges.

Kasey McAteer (gone to Ipswich, official. 12m.)

But is he at the lev-ul and he he have the mentalit-eh? -
Aye, there really is a balance to supporting a club. For instance, Leeds and Everton both have more vocal away support than us, however, they also know when to show their discontent and hold their respective clubs to account. I genuinely think that is a big reason why Everton avoided the drop in those seasons where they looked like they could go down. Their players knew that they would face the full wrath of their fans if they didn't pull it out of the bag, but at the same time their fans turned up to our place under Lampard with the best english away ends I've seen alongside Sheffield Wednesday a couple of weeks ago.

Bilal El Khannouss (Stuttgart loan, official)
BenTheFox replied to lcfc_forever's topic in Transfer Talk
Do Palace have any central midfieders that would do well in the championship that they could loan us? -
Watching Ipswich go after Southampton early, pressing high and winning the ball in good areas is so depressing.
-
I'm not saying the situation will improve when they leave, there's absolutely no guarantee of that. However, I do truly believe that it's the only way the situation can improve.
-
From my perspective it's just because the alternatives are horrendous beyond comprehension.
-
I feel bad for him. Imagine having to manage these shitbags.
