  1. WTH is there 2 identical threads for this game?
  2. During our hay days vichai was a constant presence at the ground. Not just in meetings but he was everywhere! Changing rooms, meeting players before and after games, charity events etc he properly led by example no matter what. He still had a global empire to control but he made himself available. Now I don’t know Top and I’m not going to blame him for recent times as I don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes. Maybe be we are unrealistic is expecting Top to be just like his dad. Even if he tried to he simply can’t. Just goes to show the magnitude of what vichai did for our club. He was larger than life. Top maybe struggling to lead. It’s a huge responsibility that he’s taken on. Times are now challenging and he doesn’t have the experience of his dad. Only Top can re-engage if he’s lost focus and only Top can reconnect with the fans and the city during these challenging times.
  3. This team has done it before. It’s still Enzo ball but it’s played at a much higher speed and intensity and will be difficult for a team like Sunderland to keep up. This will inevitably lead to many chances which will lead to real sitters which we HAVE TO SCORE! can’t emphasize this enough when we have the momentum we KILL THE GAME OFF than Enzo can slow the tempo down and play more controlled. These players perform better under these circumstances. Get it drilled into all their thick skulls that this is bloody serious so fix it immediately. Bring on the leaders to keep everyone’s heads up. Need to show ruthlessness not pity. I’m sure Sunderland will be expecting a very angry foxes today.
  4. I think Barkley will be looking higher. He’s been playing out of his skin recently
  5. Poor Wilf he’s gonna feel so much pressure to perform at top level right off the bat! Hope he’s ready
  6. WE ARE THAT GOOD! it’s not a fluke that we were cruising at the top this long. We are suffering a perfect storm of tiredness, key players out/injuries, lack of focus, lack of leadership. Poor substitutions, not taking our chances on goals, defensive lapses, mental pressure, not motivated/poor preparation for big games. That’s a pretty big list of stuff all starting to hit at the same time. The team have to dig themselves out of this and they will but it will be tense now until the final game. COYF!
  7. By hook or by crook: ABSOLUTE MUST WIN!
  8. The authorities whoever they bloody are need to sort themselves out first before dishing out fines. Proper bollox with having to roll back points deduction. Doesn’t look good for them. ‘IF’ there is any truth to us being charged I will wait until I see the article on the bbc not the sun. Also, with Everton and Forest still in the muck doubt any other clubs are gonna get sanctioned at this time until they sort those two out first. I know there is no smoke without fire but I truelly hope our club has managed this behind the scenes properly. This is such a critical time we are in fighting yes fighting now to get promoted! we aren’t cruising anymore - those days are gone.
  9. I think we’ve probably been close to the mark but all signs have been the club has tried to keep on the straight and narrow. maybe it’s marginal. Wouldn’t suprise me if we were off by a decimal point in our finances and we get deducted something farcical like 1 point lol!
  10. A big win on Tuesday will go along way to lightening this mood!
  11. Let’s not even enter this thought chaps! it’s way too depressing to contemplate. of course it would be an epic distaste for a club of our stature and what we’ve achieve in the last decade is nothing short of incredible. Nobody is invincible and we shouldn’t be in this position but we are so time to get the hands dirty and crawl out of this muck. It was easy sailing for a while but complacency has set it in as well as other factors. Can’t feel sorry for ourselves either (nobody else will). Gotta pull them socks up and show some fight and desire. COYF!
  12. Ok this is the last I’m gonna dwell on this lot before I pack it all away and salvage something of my weekend that hasn’t gone boobs up. Against Sunderland we need wilf and Ricardo back. We need experience in the form of coady, Vardy and albrighton from the start! We need Enzo to give a pre game team talk to the squad that no longer says we will be fine or it’s okay to lose or we are still top and good enough to cruise this promotion. What we need Enzo to do is give a proper Italian fire breathing wake up call with alarm bells ringing at max volume! stick up photos of the chasing pack all around the changing rooms. Whatever it takes to get them motivated. It is do or die time, must must must WIN! End of.
  13. Enzo’s body language looked down today in the post match interview. Looks like the pressure is getting to him despite what he says. He also did not repeat the usual “we will lose some games, it is normal” schpeel. even for him it’s getting old. Next game is so massive now. If we lose that we are at a new low on so many levels. Cmon foxes wake the F up!
  14. I firmly believe the toughest opponent for this team is themselves. In all these games they are losing they are lacking a strong mental fortitude. I’m willing to cut the new boys some slack but the more experienced guys have to step up and Enzo has to play them all to save us from falling apart.
  15. First time in a while I’ve looked at the table and really got worried. Good thing Leeds didn’t bag all 3 points today but Ipswich did. its just way too tight below us I really don’t like this at all. Our next game is our only life Line to stay ahead of the pack. MUST WIN! if Enzo cocks this up I fear the worst.
  16. We have started to poop our pants. please Enzo don’t you dare say we were always going to lose games again. this is not acceptable! Figure out why we are not winning these games! I can accept ugly wins I get it but we are not showing in the field real determination and desire to win these tough games. The body language should be like desperation now not let’s take our sweet time about this.
  17. QPR did a job in us and we had nothing in response. We looked constipated today. now I see why some are saying we don’t have an effective plan b. Damn I thought we could atleast get a point but not to be. dont know what’s gonna happen now. Nervous times ahead.
  18. That’s a really good read! Welcome to the mighty foxes Zhang. Once in a while it’s healthy to recognize the passion and interest of fans from all corners of the earth. Our Leicester city story is unique and powerful we need to appreciate & cherish that. Kudos to UFS too for all the selfless great work they do. I’ll be forever singing & chanting from my base in California
  19. I don’t think after today there will be any other teams left in the tournament other than premier league. So that may mean we can only hope to play the lesser of them all but hey whatever we give it a good go and see what happens. COYF
  20. Let’s support all these promising young academy players.
  21. We have and had some of the best goalies around which makes Ward an absolute anomaly!
  22. YESSSSSS!!! There it is boys ya found your bottle. We can do it just needed to show it. So happy for Fatawu. how many of those left foot curlers has he hit this season and this one goes in. What a beauty too. Now build on this and bring it to the next league game. It is belief and we found it don’t care how but we did. well done to all the players that put a shift in including vesty who could have scored if he had another gear in his engine lol.
  23. Sadly no way to watch the game today so I’m relying on FT chatter to stay in the loop. This is great we have kept Bournemouth at bay for 45 min. Have we had any chances in their goal yet? Will Enzo change anything subs wise?
  24. Tbf it sounds more condescending than sexist and coming from Bodgers it sounds about right. He got rattled by the journalist asking some tough but fair questions. It’s his way of having a sly dig at her. C’mon we all see thru the BS. She’s a grown woman not a little girl lol!
  25. Thanks again BSLB boys! Really appreciate what you do. I know it’s easy for us here to keep demanding more regular quick episodes but you all have dah jobs and lives and this is a passion project. Hope it can become successful enough where you can afford to spend more time on it. Regarding the latest pod yeh I’m guilty of tuning in as a form of therapy as well as hear your expert opinions. Rick is what I feel inside after these games and he is pretty much spot on every time. i am invested and a believer of the Enzo way. It does work when it really comes together. It is NOT fool proof. This system is effective when our players play to the max ie, create chances/finish chances ruthlessly/close out games & dominate. However, this system fails if our players are not 100% committed from being tired, unfocused or lacking confidence. The collapse has happened enough you can pin point the signs now before things unfold it’s that predictable. If we can see it you can be damn sure our opposition managers are planning for it. Why does it happen? Could be a number of reasons but it’s safe to say it’s going to happen. Maybe the players know this and they are trying to hard to put away those sitters and missing ie over thinking it. I’ve been reading up on sports psychology and Leicester is a text book case right now. It’s a tough one. We need a few good leaders to step up now and drag the rest by the scruff of their necks over the line. Hope Enzo has a plan. If not he can call a friend like a certain Mr, guardiola. 😉
