Agree in theory . Problem is they’ll all get smashed by the bigger teams and you won’t get a chance of seeing a smaller team sh1t house their way to a 5th round by playing port vale, Mansfield at home etc. Just give these teams the cup money. If PL clubs can pay 3rd choice keepers £50k a week we can shame them into funding the ‘lifeblood’ of the game surely
-
Madness. And then we bang on about fa cup replays being the lifeblood to smaller clubs because that could get an amazing chance to welcome a £75k a week premier league bench player to their ground for £55k tv money. Scrap pointless replays, give all fa cup earnings to ‘smaller’ clubs

Bloody hell that's good!! Enjoyed Hull away the one time I've been

Stokes average attendance is 22,273, a 79.55% utilisation rate. This has increased in the last two seasons. Wba 22,128, 82.4% preston 16,475, 69.2% and up in last two season blackburn 16,673, 49.9% but up on last season sheff utd 31,328, 97.7% up in last two seasons. Stop peddling fake news. Where is the science club of this forum calling for peer reviewed studies to back up this gibberish

It can’t be Monday as that’s international week. Surely too big a game for Sunday midday? I’m booking travel assuming it being a Friday night ko.
-
This is a captive audience tho. Like in most parts of life, those who are negative/see the worst in everything shout loudest. The hordes of people who enjoy football and attending are not going to participate in phone ins to confirm this. For some reason those who are dead against the game feel they need to shout about how right they are and how righteous they are for not following it anymore. Football attendances are thriving. Non league attendances may be thriving too. They don’t have to be mutually exclusive. Posts showing an empty ground at 5-0 as are as good as buses promising us money if we vote a certain way
-
All leagues in the efl have >30% growth in attendances in the last 20 years. A 12% increase from 21/22 - 22/23 alone. The championship is the 10th most attended football league in the world. Football is in boom time. This is proper low grade fake news, showing a screenshot of a ground where they’ve just gone 5-0 down and not won since end of oct.

Stoke (A) 0-5 -- Post-Match Thread
grobyfox1990 replied to Lambert09's topic in Leicester City Forum
Now THAT’s entertainment!! Fun day out -
Sheff wed on general sale from Sunday
-
worst* grammar like that will see you turfed out at application stage
-
Sorry on that topic and seeing people's usernames - 'what grinds my gears' is seeing lcfcjosh username everyday rattling around for tickets yet I can't see the people involved in this epic pow-wow.
-
This is some fantastic forensic interrogation of quotes and not one person calling for a peer-reviewed study in sight, I wish I could see your usernames because this is what a football forum should/could be used for. Can either of you take down the post on the atmosphere thread claiming all matches in the great escape season went to general sale alongside the raft of other falsities? Before you get banned.
-
Nothing to do with the ticket office in this example, it’s purely people buying for the point
-
$$$$ in bonuses means he will be motivated
-
Surprised but guess it makes sense. He has completed f1 by driving for Ferrari, presumably will make a few bob more, has some fun on the Ferrari party/celeb network for a year or two and builds his brand for his post racing career.
-
Hahah don’t call it out and get it deleted! The post is so bad it deserves to stay online forever as a definition and reference point for ‘fake news baby’
-
Completely agreed. Apparently this is a tough physical super hard league where we play every 3 days in daunting arenas. Henceforth when you can chill, you chill
-
My really funny post about brexit voters and those who hate enzo’s style of play being correlated gets deleted but this drivel stays? There’s no justice your honour. In the great escape season, during the days of gold, silver and bronze membership, 3 home games and no away went to general sale. When we went up we had 23k sth’s and a 98% retention rate.
-
Haha. Could not log onto the website or watch any club related video without the massive advertising banner saying 'GENERAL SALE TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR BIRMINGHAM AND SWANSEA'
-
Fair enough, yeh if you've got a preferred candidate (again, importance of a good network...) it's always gonna be difficult for others. Good luck next week.
-
Marseca openly calling out the fans via his post match comments. Probably gone too far now and risking creating an 'us v them' situation which we absolutely do not need and is possibly the biggest threat to our promotion (?) When Klopp did it, it worked fantastically v Arsenal in their next game. That won't work for us. Any scope for UFS and Foxes Trust to get the marketing machine in full whirring mode? Create a wall of promotion before Sheff Wed and Boro on Feb 13/17 to urge fans to stay until the end. If you don't want to back vocally, at least show your appreciation?
-
That’s the point right, you thinking you fit the criteria? Rather than them? Recruiters are annoying but atleast they’ll tell you what the hiring manager is looking for, including culture wise. Likewise the importance of a strong network.
-
What’s begun 🤔

IMO not so, 'smart' people can apply themselves to their job or specificity very well. Different ball game when you are expected to win business, keep external relations happy, communicate effectively to the Board/NEDs/investors, solve all HR matters, integrate new systems and processes, lead teams where you have no experience, open a new service/business line, oversee an international service/office, create a network, be responsible for competitor oversight, change culture, define purpose/mission etc etc you get the drift.
