Rodger’s’ last summer was horrific but previous to that he signed Castagne, Fofona, Justin and Tielemans (granted he was here on loan first). The last three summers have been the worse. Vestergaard, Bertrand and Soumoure in one summer. Last summer Coady and Cannon for about £7m each and this summer Skipp and Ayew for more than £30m. But for me Ward is the worse signing. If we blame one player for relegation then it’s him. I would also nominate Vestergaard just for being so shit. Transfer fee and wages we spent on his is a disgrace.
