  1. Has managed to play over 100 games for us. And based on the standard he produced last night, I hope there isn't many more.
  2. Precisely that... Partial boycott, which happened to great effect last night, I mean it got the media talking. But for real change, we need a unified response. Whilst there are those that will simply accept the mediocrity that the club finds itself in, then things will never change. There were still 15k-20k inside that stadium last night. Whilst that is a low number that has not been seen for many years, the response needs to be stronger. If you want change, look at Sheffield Wednesday and how their fans did, and they were united.
  3. Turn up this time, but maybe a cheeky banner to poke fun at the made-up attendance figures. "27,130... you're having a laugh!" Also just not buy any merchandise or food/drink at the stadium, that'll hurt too.
  4. We have to stop offering him a new contract first.
  5. Never been so pissed off to see us win. Thoroughly undeserved.
  6. Fingertips. Clinging on. This is just utterly awful. Just finish us off WBA. Just do it.
  7. Hanging on for a point against a team that has lost its last 9 away from home, is just as bad as actually losing. We may as well be on this performance.
  8. Are they shouting that at both ends? Didn't go tonight so I wouldn't know...
  9. Lets see who cheers when we score!
  10. Maybe reverse psychology could be the next boycott mechanism?
  11. It's like being asked to "get behind the lads". Yep, agreed, but by all means give us something to get behind. Pitiful home and away performances, catalogue-upon-catalogue of errors at the back, coupled with frustrating Jekyll-and-Hyde 45 minute specials, are hardly reasons to applaud them off the pitch at full time. Speculative Abdul Fatawu goals from the half way line, or barn-storming defensive masterclasses from Nelson, are flashes in the pan in this sh*tshow of a season as far as I am concerned Most of my ventures to KP this season have been virtually sat in silence, just like the general match-day atmosphere. I mean, even the away end don't get involved much these days!
  12. I'm bored of directly conversing with @PaulW, so I'm going to address more widely. I'm not saying don't go. I'm just saying see the bigger picture and what a successful boycott tonight could mean. It could provide a much needed wake-up call for Aiyawatt (I refuse to call him Top now, he is anything but), Rudders and the like, to do what is right for the club. Just because we are not happy with the club, it suddenly doesn't make us entitled and self-righteous. And whilst happy clapper is a low blow, even though I never meant it as an insult (it was just taken that way), I do understand that the majority it is more a social affair and something that they like to watch as a pastime/hobby. But it is, in my opinion, still an acceptance of the club's sad and deteriorating state of affairs. As a collective, the fanbase is FAR too passive. It makes me sad to not go tonight, but for me, and for one night only, it is the right decision.
  13. Forgive me Father, for I have sinned. However, the fact that perceive that I am insulting them is amusing. I'm not. I'm simply pointing out that they are oblivious, and infuriatingly accepting of the state of which the club finds itself in. The fact that you are not doing the same is just as amusing If anything, by labelling me as part of the problem and arrogant/insulting, you're advocating their attendance on a day that could be deliver a pivotal message for how the club is run. Wake up, our club is falling into ruin and our club has never felt so divided.
  14. I agree with this, but on a much milder night, and with much more people than just a few hundred. This club isn't worth the risk of hypothermia.
  15. Rather than simply labelling me part of the problem and arrogant, just address my opinion like a normal person. A UNIFIED response means happy clappers (yes, I said it again, get over it) and other FANS alike should take the same approach. Every fan that turns up tonight, despite knowing about the boycott which delivers a much needed message, is facilitating and accepting the sheer incompetence of the hierarchy, and the dire state of affairs that the club inexplicably finds itself in. Want me to stop calling out those who seem to be OK with the above? Dream on.
  16. That's your opinion. A wrong and short-sighted one, but an opinion nonetheless. You need a unified response like you saw at Sheffield Wednesday when they came first game of the season. They got rid of their spineless owner by forcing his hand, unfortunately our fanbase is equally as spineless to not put themselves out of line for ONE game that would show the hierarchy that we, the FANBASE, are serious about our concerns with the freefalling trajectory that the club now finds itself, on and off the pitch. If YOU cannot see that, then are you really a fan? I'm not going tonight, and I have rarely missed a game over the last 14 years. The voice needs to be heard, and if tonight doesn't deliver the message, nothing will.
  17. Hmmm, I think the 2015-16 season attendances may have eclipsed 20k.
  18. That was the Jamie Vardy era.
  19. Anything about 20k tonight and this has failed IMO. Too many happy clappers that probably know about this and will go anyway, as they believe its the right thing to do and got to get their money's worth.
  20. 1) Yes, for many reasons. 2) Yes, for many reasons. 3) No, for many reasons. Sat on the fence for quite a while about this. But following Boxing Day, and other recent performances, I decided there are much better things to do with my time than spend a couple of hours in minus temperatures. Judge me if you wish, but I no longer care enough and the club is to blame for that. Didn't use to mind games like these, but for so many reasons, I'm very willingly giving this a miss. But you watch them add my season ticket to tonight's fictional attendance.
  21. Sooooo, which camp are you in? Team KPFC?
  22. Our best player, any matchday, all season long, and he isn't even our player. FML. What's to stop someone coming in for him on this form causing him to be recalled?
  23. I don't like us losing at the best of times, but the way we didn't even turn up for 91 minutes, just gives this a real shot in the arm. There are so many reasons not to go to this, its my first day back in the office after Christmas so thats a reason to go straight back home. Hopefully thousands more will do the same. Echoing 2020 vibes when I say... Stay. At. Home.
