Heard on the radio that Casadei plays like he has constantly done the full 90 minutes. Does anyone know if he has had any injuries or struggling for fitness? I'd like to think he was actually bought for a reason other than the tap-in winner against Cardiff.

I found his reaction to the ball hitting the net from the penalty, a little bizarre. I just don't see the passion in the way he plays, and if a club came along whikst the transfer window was open, he would leave in an instant. There is a reason why he is still here, he is clearly not that good, and he believes he should be playing at a higher level. Sadly for Kelechi, his poor performances so far this season suggest otherwise. He is indeed a confidence player, but we have been here before, and that fills me with dread for the potentially barren months ahead for a player that is not able to adapt to an ever-changing system. Am not impressed with his current overall standard of play.

Happy generally with the transfer window, incomings and outgoings. However, and I've put this in many topics today, our strikers need to show up, and I don't mean in the Carabao Cup. Daka is not in Enzo's plans, Nacho seems to be more selfish than usual, and Vardy is ineffective. Unless Cannon fires regularly, or helps set up more goalscoring chances, I'm not that confident of promotion this season. We have mostly got away with it, but finally hit a stumbling block in the form of lack of goals. Fearful that this could be a season-long problem.

Realistically 80-90. We need more goals from our strikers to bump it up to over 90pts for the season, and put us as automatic promotion certainties.

It's a common theme that we, as a consensus seem to go easy on him because he is a local lad, and more so because he managed to bag a brace against Coventry. Great. Other than that, he has been poor. Possession football is good and all, but if we can't make the most of it, then you have to look at KDH's on the ball technique, and it just hasn't been good enough. And no, I'm not just targeting KDH, but he needs to improve. Sharpish.

Just shows how we really need to improve at the goal scoring end at the pitch. Midfielders can't keep scoring forever, and the strikers need to step up. To have that many shots with so few on target is absolutely criminal. Hope Enzo gets them on shooting practice before the next game. It's not really the conceding that's the problem, it's the lack of goals.

We'd have had to sell one of our strikers to make this possible. And no-one had any concrete interest in the ones we have, somewhat unsurprisingly. Piroe would have been nice in place of the likes of Daka, but without shifting personnel first, this was never going to happen.

Timmy wanted out from the moment we went down, so the prospect of him leaving this summer transfer window was nigh-on an inevitability. He was just a bench warmer to Maresca, nothing more. Daka, however, seems to have no future here either.

Can we just assume this one is done and dusted, and isn’t going to happen. Must be needed as part of Crystal Palace's squad.

There are some real flaws to his game, like his inability to jump and his lack of composure under pressure. But maybe, just maybe, he is starting to find an element of redemption in the post-Brendan Rodgers era. I don't personally think he could have gotten to that cross, jump or not, as it was an absolute peach of a delivery. BR's abysmal man-management probably affected him too, so I am pleased to see an improvement in performances, however slight, even if it is again sides that we should be beating anyway.
