  1. Naaah if someone shouts abuse at you its fair to dish it back. I do see where you're coming from though. I just disagree I do think people are entitled to lob abuse at any player from the squad, James aside. But theyre human and are more than welcome to give it back
  2. Mad thing is, this isn't out level. The people running our club took a top 5 premier league team to a league one team Theres no bottom to this
  3. Prefer that to taking it meekly. Good to see theres a few fans that go the games are upset though Annoys me when fans dont think that players are actually humans If You shout abuse, getting some back is fine.
  4. Easy work! Lets throw away the weird defensive choice though. If you want to win 3 out of 3 you need to show some interest in scoring. Mukasa and James have to start. Today was grim and the weirdos that said id rather shithouse a 1-0 need their heads checking Weakest squad of players ive seen though, if we develop some spines in the next 48 hours we might do something.
  5. Anyone that wanted an absolutely grim defensive performance and hoping to shit house a goal. You could be on
  6. Was gonna do a banter vote but JJ does deserve it. Not a fan of player of the year awards when the club has been the pits though. Also why do they force you to vote the women's team? I just voted Lehmann for that tush as I dont have a clue about them. Bizarre.
  7. Haha! I cant take another game where we dominate the chance count and find a way not to win. Surely it has to click soon and we manage to put the ball in the other teams net more than they manage? Surely! Logic is out the window now, its just hoping for a miracle If I see Ayew starting then hope will be extinguished before a ball is kicked.
  8. From what i can gather... Player was sent off for u21s on 14th feb. Suspension for Saturday football category started on 21st feb. Club believed player could serve suspension for first team. So he missed games on 21st feb, 24th feb and 7th March. He then played 10 matches over March and April. Apparently he had to serve the suspension for the u21s. Bear in mind, in this whole time the u21s have only played 2 games since his red From a sporting pov the club have looked to gain no sporting advantage. The player served a 3 game suspension. Incorrectly in the eyes of the FA. But the mitigating circumstances meant that the punishment was lessened. I could understand the outcry if we had tried to swindle the system, but we clearly haven't.
  9. Patson Daka hattrick. Clean sheet. Great escape starts today! Let's see if my optimism can last past 12:45
  10. Some brilliant stuff and some poor stuff last night. The Clayton v Rock Semi was a proper disappointment after the performances they both put in during the quarters Back to the real stuff today! Euro tour 5. Be interesting to see if Nijman and Dobey can take their player champ form into it and pick up a win. Nijman averaged over 100 in his 7 games on Tuesday, which I think is ridiculously impressive over a whole day.
  11. I'd rather watch Steve Cooper's ball bag manage us than Kingy to be fair.
  12. Under competent ownership there'd be a few things to be excited about, especially with a promising crop of youngsters coming through. Under this lot, I find it hard to believe we'll be anything other than a shambles regardless of the division. Best hope we have is to luck out on a manager, in the unlikely event that did happen, we'll probably end up in a situation where the gaffer and McCarron fall out and we just revert to being terrible anyway I'm fully invested in seeing just what depths Top and Rudders can see us plummet to though.
  13. You can basically track our form to when James has been fit and starting games to when he wasn't. Proper 1 man team.
  14. Wish refs would apply the letter of the law all the time. At the weekend Rodri pulled someone's shirt that ran past him. First 5 minutes though so the letter of the law doesn't apply then.
  15. I see where you're coming from, but I still think that if there is talk that we can amount enough points to finish above West Brom, then it's also realistic that we can finish above Blackburn given their fixtures. The game in hand. The fact we still have to play them. We'll know a lot more come Wednesday. We could be relegated. We could be 2 points off Blackburn with 2 to play. Okay, we'll be relegated...But discussing this is more entertaining than reading the same inane comments about how awful the players and management are
  16. Yeah this was my thinking as well. If Oxford and West Brom are in the discussion then there's no reason Blackburn shouldn't be. And as you rightly say, realistically, nobody else is in the discussion Unless....
  17. Southampton serious contenders for 2nd spot now. They have Ipswich at home 2nd to last game as well
  18. "Club continues to operate one division below Tottenham"
  19. Her LinkedIn says MD - Full Time. Also... how can you knock the appointment when they've got Excel and Word down as their skills.
  20. I thought that, but the FA website itself says "Saturday Football" which accounts for senior games as well if the player is registered in the senior squad. Fascinated to see the outcome as I'm genuinely baffled based on the publicly available info haha.
  21. Little bit confused about this one if it's regarding Cole McNulty. Unless the FA website is wrong, he had a 3 game ban starting on 21st Feb. He wasn't in the squad for the games on 21st Feb, 24th Feb and 7th March, which were the 3 after. The FA site still has him as suspended, so I dno if it's a glitch or the public facing site doesn't match the WGS system.
  22. The rules apparently state that any penalties must be applied the season after the charge, so that would mean this season. Not sure how that'd be possible given how long the appeals process usually takes. Also it proves that all clubs have fans think that the league is out to get them. Their initial reaction is that the league is doing this to try and save Leicester. Not surprisingly on hear, I also often read that the league is out to get us as well haha.
  23. So having a quick read, it looks like West Brom worked with the EFL last season on a business plan and had to jump through a bunch of hoops, so their fans seem confused by it atm. Unless their dodgy owner just ignored the agreed business plan and pressed on spending too much. Interested to see how that plays out.
  24. Again, how did every single highlight start with a Leicester attack and we lost Mental. This team may be the the most mentally feeble group of men ever. From positions of dominance they still find a way to submit
