  1. I'll second this Tommy. All responses to my Norfolk enquiries have been superb, it is much better to have authentic feedback. I really appreciate all posters taking time out to comment and cannot really convey that enough beyond token thanks emoji. Foxestalk can be a really great place at times!
  2. Hi Unabomber. I would be all ears for recommendations. Mainly for me, I would be interested in activities for kids (theme parks, farms, museums etc) and whether if all action are on the north coast or whether if other parts are worth exploring as I am unsure whether to stay on coast or inland to ease travelling times if I am going to drive all over Norfolk.
  3. Thinking of Norfolk this summer. From quick research, North Norfolk seems to be the nicest area to stay however I am contemplating to stay inland to keep costs and travelling times down. Any recommendations folks? I have noted down Holt,Brancaster, Sheringham, Holkham and Cromer so far. I have two boys, currently two and half and four months so somewhere with lot of family activities will be good too.
  4. Almost finished series 13. I thought it was a good bunch of contestants. Sophie's craziness, Ardal's daddy jokes, Chris' boyish enthusiasm and geeing up others (can get too much at times) and Judi's sassiness were all good. Bridget just did not click for me, I was too weirded out by her. Is it just me or that in stage task of episode 9 where Sophie was just one tin can short of correctly putting right amount of tin cans in her bag, she did it deliberately to boost Judi's chances of finally winning an episode?
  5. Where are @moore_94's press conference summaries?
  6. Congratulations fellow. Seriously although, did you post that for clarity sake and to avoid getting mentioned in Lost Foxestalkers thread again? 😅 I am typing this while cuddling my four months old to sleep so hope you are a dab at browsing foxestalk with one hand.
  7. In the interest of offering balance, I live in South Derbyshire and have no issues with delivery/attitude of my postie.
  8. I am on a variable tariff and I suspect most people are at the moment so that would be applicable for many.
  9. I am bit skeptical, surely that is far too good to be true? What is the catch? Do anyone happen to know whether if a smart meter is required to sign up as Eon was offering a deal where they guarantee their charges will always be 1% below the tracking cost of electricity/gas but only customers with smart meters can sign up which ruled me out.
  10. How close was we to getting Kuddus? Pretty sure we were linked before.
  11. 13 contracts or something like that are up next season so the silly season will be in full force by then.
  12. Spot on. All of their marketing was done in Steve Jobs era. Apple has been dining off it since then. No other company can claim that majority if not all of their enduring pedigree is down to the success of a dead man from ten plus years ago. I despise Apple much as any smug capitalist hating Android owners on here but I have to confess I really admire Steve Jobs' ingenuity in understanding the consumer's needs and market demands.
  13. You can actually make mash with skins on, it is more of an earthy favour and go well with stews. Peeled potatoes produce creamy favour and generally go well with everything. I have not tried unpeeled potatoes with Sunday dinner but reckon it can be pulled off- just!
  14. Yeah. Just to clarify, I was not slagging you or your kid for that matter, I just find it amazing that there are a significant polarisation of opinions from people who have seen ghosts to those who have not including me who have tried to seek them out. I think Bovril posted something similar below too.
  15. I always have skeptical about supernatural, spiritualism and these kinds of things. As a teenager I even visited a graveyard on midnight of Halloween with a friend to see if we can find a ghost. I do not think I would be applying for Ghost busters any time soon although I have two young boys now so that may change soon!
  16. What is the reaction like when you drink water? I do that occasionally but normally on the sly even if I think the reactions from my friends bar one or two would not be too bad.
  17. To be fair, most of the casting are spot on!
  18. Fair enough, I forgot about the new contract. Cannot argue with that although we have to acknowledge that financial security has some weighting but at end of the day, it was a clean opportunity to leave. Can I just have one last opportunity to input one more 'Jesus' in the conversation 😆
  19. I cannot agree more. I do understand the financial reasons behind the cancellation but felt Superman and Lois should have been cancelled and the budget to be redirected to creating the last season. Booster Gold/Donald Faison would have been a cracking addition. Thanks God we get to see the 100th episode which was a bit of a tribute flashback.
  20. Just finished Legends of Tomorrow where I harboured several crushes. It is a great and zany Sci Fi/Superhero TV series which I recommend.
  21. Jesus, have you ever read the article? Mendy said he wanted to leave but was not allowed to. I recall that there was a move that fell through for Mendy at one point too?
  22. Surely the easiest answer would be to join a politics forum for those who are the most keen to discuss politics online?
  23. Maddison going there and doing well have softened the edge for me. I do think players deserve lot of slate for their piss poor performances last season but Maddison were one of the better ones. Stay Together comment was fricking weird mind.
  24. Would you recommend it to a group of lads for a boozy and activities filled trip?
