  1. They've clearly ignored the rules, so how did that stop us competing? What stopped us was the shear incompetence of those handing out playing contracts, which eventually brought us to a meltdown point of player trading.
  2. Agree with you, but really my point was the irrelevance of Foxes Trust bringing up the issue of competition being stifled when our accounts show these huge losses at a time when we've failed miserably. How much should we have lost to be competitive £150m? £200m £300m?
  3. "Overarching all of this is the question: what does it mean for a sport if its financial, rather than sporting, rules increasingly influence sporting outcomes and seem to favour the biggest clubs and protect the status quo? This issue needs to be addressed and the hope is that the Football Governance Bill is made law and will help." I'm not sure this is relevant considering it appears we spent what we like, ignored the rules and still got relegated.
  4. I really I'm not enjoying the argument that being allowed to spend what we want, when we want is the answer. Let's imagine a scenario where all restrictions are off, ok Top is free to spend his millions, but so is everyone else. What possibly makes anyone believe we'd suddenly be spending those millions better than every other club? It could be said after looking at the losses that Top had been spending whatever he wants regardless of any rules anyway, and still managed to relegate us. We could be making losses of £200m+ per season and I'd still have zero confidence that the current directors would have us competitive. They're useless.
  5. We had polls asking FA Cup or CL? The ones who voted FA Cup are responsible😉
  6. Not from me, I'm allergic to coconut so they can go f#ck themselves😂
  7. If you buy a shirt, the profit would be lost in roughly 3 seconds. Stunning.
  8. The same people and the same process for the past 5-4 years, why would they change anything if there is no accountability. Just crazy.
  9. There are allowable losses so I don't think we know the PSR figure yet but yes, what a sh#t show😂
  10. Keep playing the trophy lift compilation video, nothing to see here.
  11. Everything that was built is now gone. I want those responsible sacked like now.
  12. He was the only negative today. Refuses to go any wider than the penalty spot D and is so static when the wingers are crying out for a target. Zero movement across the line.
  13. He pretty much sums up how badly run the club is. 6-7 years of countless millions spent on players and wages, and here we are with Hamza, still here, mid contract, playing right back.
  14. I think the style of play is a major factor at this point. It's ok when you're winning but as soon as you hit bad form this style is near impossible to gain forward traction from the supporters and players, as we just can't put any sustained pressure on the opponent. Can't see us getting up from thus point, but we should all do our best to make it happen.
  15. Enzo is sulking since the Jan transfer window debacle. Clearly we had to shift players out before we could bring any in, but we failed miserably yet again. The mood from the manager will soon rub off on the players.
  16. I was calling for him 18 months ago but was met with countless laughing emojis. Proper manager.
  17. I think he mentally walked after the failed Sensi transfer.
  18. Congratulations Jon and Sue on being named World Hide and Seek Champions 2023-24...... The whole world hides with you.
  19. I could well be wrong here but haven't we been borrowing money based on future income from Macquarie, to pay for the current season? I know this is mainly to push cashflow forwards but if we don't get up surely the cash will dry up as we'll be borrowing next seasons money against a massively reduced income?
  20. I'm thinking we can go one further than the Man City over inflated sponsorship FFP compliance technique. Last game of the season is made pay on the gate, season tickets are cancelled, instead of a donut or beer, Top gifts us all £1000 which coincidentally is the ticket price for the match. As if by magic £30m appears in the LCFC coffers.
  21. Lewis Brunt currently playing for Mansfield live on Sky ATM if anyone is interested. He's been very good for them this season. Excellent on the ball. Edit: Brunt has equalised for Mansfield, his second goal of the season.
  22. Absolutely, I think most can see that these rules are a complete mess and unfair, but again we are seeing LCFC in total denial mode. Bring out the lawyers and keep digging the hole, no accountability whatsoever.
  23. "If the glove doesn't fit you must acquit" followed by a scene of Rudkin, Rodgers and Whelan trying on Danny Ward's goalkeeping gloves, "see, this mess is nowt to do with us your honor".
  24. Still waiting for the results of the thorough investigation that took place after our relegation.
