weller54 Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 I hope we don't regret that team come Saturday. I agree.. Would have liked to see vardy rested!.. Why Kramaric doesn't start I'll never know!!!!?
Jobyfox Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Hmmm.... difficult to see where the creativity is coming from: Albrighton's crosses and Vardy's pace? No Schlupp, no Mahrez, no Nugent, no Kramaric; severely limits our attacking options. Looks like a containing side to me.
weller54 Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Chelsea team @ChelseaFC: Chelsea team tonight: Cech; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry ©, Azpilicueta; Ramires, Matic; Willian, Fabregas, Hazard; Drogba. #CFC Are we scared???.... ...... Yep!
Dr The Singh Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 I agree.. Would have liked to see vardy rested!.. Why Kramaric doesn't start I'll never know!!!!?Its a defensive setup, Vardy is there for the running not necessarily attacking
weller54 Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Its a defensive setup, Vardy is there for the running not necessarily attacking Rather him fit and rested, biting at the bit for the Newcastle game!!!!!!
Dr The Singh Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Rather him fit and rested, biting at the bit for the Newcastle game!!!!!!Agreed
RowlattsFox Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 So much onus on Vardy to do them on the counter. Can see him being centre of attention tonight, either a red card or winning us a penalty.
Ozwin Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 They play on the counter though so hopefully it turns into a counter each other out sort of game where we come out with a few chances and our goal lives a charmed life with Kasper having a great game. I'm not going to lie, I can't see us getting anything out of this but if we make it a fortress like the last home game, who knows!
Bettsj2 Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 First pasting of the season coming up. At least its against the Champions.
cecchini Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Watching from paddy rices bar in Phnom Penh. Just bet 20 dollars on a win for us. Feeling confident
Haydos Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 I hope we don't regret that team come Saturday. No point regretting anything. We play this team, someone could get injured or tired. We play a weakened team, we could get trounced. We make too many changes, we lose our momentum. If we lose there'll be people saying "I told you we should have rested players" and if we had rested players and lost people would be saying "should have played our strongest team". Unless we get a result tonight I bet there'll be moaners in the post-match thread.
Danno Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Looking forward to every single attack being ruined by Konchesky.
Jam Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 I hope we don't regret that team come Saturday. This, would of liked to of seen Esteban rested. Konch is a worry as usual. Apart from that happy. Get behind them regardless come on Cityyyyy!!!
benpicko Posted 29 April 2015 Author Posted 29 April 2015 First pasting of the season coming up. At least its against the Champions. We only lost 2-0 to them when they were at their strongest and playing their best football whilst we had a ton of injuries though
kingfox Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Decent. Now I'm off in a rush. Come on Leicester!!!
Manwell Pablo Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Well I'm in a pub in brighton expecting to be swamped by rent boys but were out numbering then 3-0 at the minute!
Rincewind Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 thats bein an pesimist optimist. any other relavant games?
ScouseFox Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Well I'm in a pub in brighton expecting to be swamped by rent boys but were out numbering then 3-0 at the minute! I'm in a pub in Liverpool but I'm outnumbered 4-1 so we're level on agg. obviously every Liverpool/United etc fan in here is supporting us tho.
ADK Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Don't think Chelsea are that strong either. 326 year old Drogba and not a lot of pace. If we can keep Fabregas and Hazard quiet I think we will do ok. Just not sure where our own threat will come from, need to get a bit of luck from an Albrighton cross I suppose. Also depends how fit Vardy is.
biggs Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 I don't want to see anyone rested for this game if they're fit and ready. They're not us and quite capable of playing 100% Saturday too.
RowlattsFox Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Almost guaranteed to concede a pen tonight, Morgan or Konchesky?
BMR Posted 29 April 2015 Posted 29 April 2015 Well I'm in a pub in brighton expecting to be swamped by rent boys but were out numbering then 3-0 at the minute! Which pub you in ?
