It seems they make the rules, yet again it's been delayed because they've left it too late and not accounted for the traffic.

That's not for me to say, but I think it was disappointing of course. We know it's a big game for West Ham, big night for them, leaving the stadium, but I'm sure West Ham as a club will be disappointed with what the fans have done."

Sullivan is saying Utd should have got their earlier and says the fans will miss out on the celebrations/farewell after the game. Seemingly forgetting it's West Ham fans smashing up the coach and causing the Utd team to be late lol
