justfoxes Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 Just a thought after going through a few YouTube videos from this season and seeing serge singing the Cambiasso song, just wondered if anyone in the know could arrange for the lads to record a one off unique piece of music just for Leicesters goal music ? So if anyone knows any of the lads have a word see if it's possible for next season ?
Countesthorpe Fox 1884 Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 Silence sounds good, no goal music at all thanks!
Stevosevic Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 Removing goal music all together is the only alternative to what we have now. Please get rid LCFC, thanks
justfoxes Posted 26 May 2015 Author Posted 26 May 2015 My god there are some miserable FARTS ON HERE !!
Stevosevic Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 My god there are some miserable FARTS ON HERE !! No, just those that feel goal celebrations shouldn't have the background noise of music coming out of a sound system. Do Man Utd, Chelsea, Spurs, Villa, Arsenal, Man City, Newcastle etc... have music? No Do Wigan, Reading, Millwall, etc... have music? Yes - should tell you everything you need to know about goal music. It's naff. Even Watford have scrapped it FFS
Countesthorpe Fox 1884 Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 The club use goal music to tell people when to stop celebrating, I'd prefer it not to be there then we can get chants going better during the celebrations
justfoxes Posted 26 May 2015 Author Posted 26 May 2015 No, just those that feel goal celebrations shouldn't have the background noise of music coming out of a sound system.Every club has one it helps with the atmosphere if the right one is chosen !!
Stevosevic Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 Every club has one it helps with the atmosphere if the right one is chosen !! No they don't. Barely even noticed the goal music this year This, thankfully we've reached this stage. So we may as well turn it off.
Larry_LCFC Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 Do United, Arsenal, Chelsea have an atmosphere as good as ours? Do they ****! Who cares that have goal music? If you don't like it, ignore it.
Number 6 Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 To be honest I don't remember hearing the goal music at all this year. Fairly certain it is played but I just don't notice it.
justfoxes Posted 26 May 2015 Author Posted 26 May 2015 No they don't. This, thankfully we've reached this stage. So we may as well turn it off. Ok everyone has an opinion you don't like it but many others do !!
BoyJones Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 I haven't noticed it for a while, too busy cheering and clapping.
Finnaldo Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 Appreciate others have their idea of an atmosphere but does it really matter at all? I mean I couldn't give a shit less as I like to celebrate the moment rather than think of a perfect celebration, Leicester scoring is enough to get me off my seat personally. If you really don't like it have Leicester Lass bring it up in the fan meetings, if it's already been brought up then there's not much to do, but of a minute point, might as well just get on with celebrating and ignore the music
Stevosevic Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 Do United, Arsenal, Chelsea have an atmosphere as good as ours? Do they ****! Who cares that have goal music? If you don't like it, ignore it. I'm not saying they do, but goal music doesn't enhance our atmosphere, it does nothing for it. It's been discussed before and the club want it. As many people have said, we barely notice it anymore which is fantastic.
fleckneymike Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 Ok everyone has an opinion you don't like it but many others do !! I think 'many' might be stretching it
davieG Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 A load of these placed around the pitch would save people from the effort of clapping or using the clappers they could be directed into the pitch mics so everyone would think we've got the best fans and atmosphere.
Jimothy Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 I'd like to use John Cage's most famous composition as our goal music.
Voll Blau Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 If you need music to help you celebrate a goal you shouldn't be anywhere near the ground.
foxfanazer Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 Don't mind what we have now although I'd like us to give no goal music a go. Seems a little bit like orchestrated celebration with the music
Rincewind Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 I know someone who does volunteering for Wishes 4 Kids of which one of the band members is a patron. MaybeI could mention it to him. He is also a mad City fan.
South Shire Fox Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 The chelsea dagger used to be good because it had a beat everyone could dance too, current one just drones on.
Stevosevic Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 The chelsea dagger used to be good because it had a beat everyone could dance too, current one just drones on. Jesus christ
ScouseFox Posted 26 May 2015 Posted 26 May 2015 Albrighton's goal on Sunday was the first time I can remember hearing it this season. Didn't hear it after either. Pointless these days.
