st albans fox Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 joe waters andy peake (ish) that young kid who played under wallace or milne. scored a couple on his debut ? someone will remember his name
MPH Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 Scott Oakes Steff Oakes Mark draper Jordan Stewart Joe Hamill Kaebi George Taft Both of those played in the premier league after leaving us didnt they?
Rob1742 Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 The biggest fade I've seen in recent years in terms of Lecester is Kerrea Gilbert, Didn't he get released from a conference north/south side last season? Thought he had a big future when he was on loan with us Agree 100%. Never seen a fall from grace as big as this one. Ryan Smith though potentially as big a fall.
bovril Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 Not a player, but Brian Little. I always get the feeling he regrets leaving us for the poisoned chalice at Villa Park.

The Doctor Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 Knockaert He's not even left yet - give him a chance.
bovril Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 Hope he does. Villa was his club like Celtic was O'Neill's. By all accounts he's not had the best of luck in his life since then. He transformed Leicester in the early 90s and I wish him well.
One Legged Beaver Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 I can barely think of any players we've sold on that have achieved anything of late tbh
Tielemans63 Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 Tommy Wright Mk2. That goal v Forest then not much else. Ashley Chambers too. Youngest ever debutant but again, not much else. Would give an honourable mention to Ben Marshall too - honestly thought after his first few LCFC appearances that he would go on to be a real fans favourite.
Wymsey Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 I can barely think of any players we've sold on that have achieved anything of late tbh Neil Lennon perhaps the most stand-out one.

No idea where the **** he disappeared too

MPH Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 I can barely think of any players we've sold on that have achieved anything of late tbh It can be argued that Heskey had a semi decent England Career... didnt do TOO badly for Liverpool, really.... didnt he get 20 goals in his first season there?

Thought he had a big future when he was on loan with us Got released by Saint Albans City in 2014 and hasn't had a club since according to Wikipedia.
Sampson Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 I was gonna say Gilbert as well. Did a good job as our first choice RB in our League One winning side. I always thought he was a much better full-back than Mattock and looked like a much bigger promise and now he's ended up playing in the reserves of 6th or 7th tier sides, it's weird.
Rob1742 Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 Not a player, but Brian Little. I always get the feeling he regrets leaving us for the poisoned chalice at Villa Park. He is very happy with what he did at Villa. Saved them from relegation, then a league cup win and Europe the following season. Three good years.
VLC86 Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 Pretty much all of Paulo Sousa's signings. Although they were pretty faded when 'playing' for us Poor Lamey, he played so well in a friendly once.
LCCFox96 Posted 29 May 2015 Posted 29 May 2015 Patrick Kisnorbo struggled since he left us. Struggled to hold down a starting spot at Leeds, poor loan spell at Ipswich, plagued with injuries and then wound back up in Australia at Melbourne City I believe.
