All have to be sacked immediately as this type of behaviour is completely inexcusable and is clearly gross misconduct. Very disappointed that we have young lads amongst our development squad who feel that this type of behaviour is acceptable and are prepared to sacrifice their career's for cheap thrills. As role models this is not the sort of example that I want to see set for our younger generation of supporters.

Doesn't matter how they see it, I'm saying from a non-emotional objective point of view there is apparently evidence of only one racial slur by one individual. They are independently wealthy thanks to there business generated from Thailand. Why would they sit around for hundreds of millions when they are billionaires. They decided to buy the football club for a reason. That reason will not change because a reserve team player said something out of order. They're not going to pack up and leave because of this.

No big deal, hopefully this means the club has less commitments in Thailand from now on too. Why should we stand by those morons? And standing by them why should we expect the owners continuing to back us? Last but not least, do you think brushing it under the carpet will teach them anything?

As far as we know it was consensual sex. One of them was racist, the others (from the evidence we have) were just shagging them. Fair point, and I imagine it was consensual. Whether they consented for it to be videoed and then spread around is anybody's guess.

Captain... Posted 30 May 2015 Posted 30 May 2015 Regardless of whether you think what they did was right or wrong they were fvcking morons for videoing it and then sharing it. Sack them off in part so they will learn their fvcking lesson, let them get away with such monumentally crass and stupide behaviour will only serve to turn them into even bigger cretins that will do even more stupid things. For their sake and ours tear up their contracts immediately, it will stop this becoming a biggeg story, show we are a principled club and benefit the players in the long run.

The point I'm making Kitch is as a pillar of our community if the club were to condone this sort of behaviour it sends out completely the wrong message to the young men in our society. Taking football out of the equation, this is not acceptable behaviour full stop.

Like anyone in the public eye, or position of authority, they have to adhere to a higher moral standard than the rest of us. I used to work for the General Medical Council and that was one of the guidelines set out for doctors. Why oh why did they film it and send it to mates - what dick heads! Some of the language is appalling so it might be a good thing for these guys futures to be punished now and maybe they will realise you can not talk to women like that!!! Might make these kids into better men.
