But it's hardly sackable for all 3. Trouble is everyone is so desperate to get likes and retweets that they do stupid stuff and record it. Except assuming that this was a business trip and not personal, such actions would certainly be deemed gross misconduct even without the racial slur. Besides, even if this was a personal trip, by receiving negative media coverage they have brought both LCFC and King Power into disrepute which again would be deemed gross misconduct. They should all get what they deserve and I'm sure they will. My only concern is that with any breach of employment law the club will have to demonstrate that they've fully investigated the incident and followed the correct procedures and processes before dismissing them which may be what drags this out longer than we all hope.

I'd rather not see all 3 at the club again. the amount of potential damage it could cause reputation-wise and relationship-wise over in Thailand and with our owners is huge. Especially with the racial slurs during the video (i'm not bothered what they do sexually).

Rightly so in my view, don't know how anyone can defend their antics....if anyone on here was away with work and caught being abusive and racist they know they would lose their jobs and with the high profile nature of LCFC its a forgone conclusion they should be sacked. This isnt 3 lads on holiday on their own time just having a laugh and an orgy, this is 3 lads representing their club and the King Power brand in Kind Power's own country trying to build a stronger fan base being verbally abusive and racist to women during an orgy.

What level of arrogance these pathetic excuses for footballers must have. To film themselves then 'share' it with 'friends'. What sort of morals must they have? None is the answer I suppose. They have treated these women like pieces of meat as if non-human. I love the game of football, I have encouraged my 5 children to play football and follow Leicester City. I have marvelled at the sheer professionalism of Cambiasso all season, I have enjoyed this season so much. Then these pathetic excuses do this. Get rid now.

They've broken several local laws. 1) prostitution is illegal 2) making porn movies even with consent is illegal 3) videoing sex acts without consent is illegal 4) racism is illegal 5) not sure about misogyny but I'm sure the Thai authorities will apply a law if they want to. Not to mention any additional claims the girls involved might make if they get a 'good' lawyer/press officer. If this hits a nerve with the Thai population, and it probably will, there's a good chance they'll face criminal charges, and a good chance the owners will sell up to protect their reputation.

The damaging thing is the racist comment, with the implication that they think that sort of thing about the owners as well and the fact that Pearson's son was involved which doesn't reflect well on him.
