I was trying to make the point that last year when we bottom at Christmas NP stated that he tried to bring in players to help but he couldn't because of our league position so we need to be ambitious now because of our superb finish. I i don't believe the club were impressed with our activity either which is why the sacked the previous DoF.

Thracian Posted 8 June 2015 Posted 8 June 2015 Not impressed with this. Didn't rate McAuley much when he was here last time. What with Upson and St Leger we've certainly had mixed returns on our centre-back choices and I don't see how McAuley would rank as a positive.
