Ed25 Posted 31 July 2015 Posted 31 July 2015 No one credible has said he will go Chelsea. Just up with the favourites with the bookmakers. Think he was 2/1. The fact he isn't even odds on show its still a very very long way off
lgfualol Posted 31 July 2015 Posted 31 July 2015 Would be funny if he came back because he couldn't find another club
Buzzell Posted 31 July 2015 Posted 31 July 2015 Would be funny if he came back because he couldn't find another club We would take him back aswell
bald reynard Posted 31 July 2015 Posted 31 July 2015 If cambiasso moves to chelsea surely no leicester fan can begrudge him that move to finish his career with a premiership winners medal. After what he did for us I hope he goes there and wins the league apart from dropping 6 points to us next season. Class player loved seeing him in a city shirt. I just can't be bitter towards him and wish him all best Completely agree with that. I would have no qualms about Cambiasso going to Chelsea - good luck to him (genuinely), he deserves a chance with the best English team. He was good for us and should be rewarded for what he did here. Similarly, I wouldn't have a problem with him going off to finish his career with some 'high-rollers' in the Middle East or America. I WOULD have a (big) problem if he went to Villa or West Ham - they're 'also-rans' - and certainly no better than City. If he went to either, he would destroy the goodwill he generated amongst City supporters - and a lot of other true fans in this country.
TMELcfc Posted 31 July 2015 Posted 31 July 2015 Watched the Fearless DVD last night... Oh god how I miss him... The expression on his face when we took the lead against Everton away. The celebration against Man UTD... And the goal against West Ham to set us up for the greatest escape. How anyone can dislike him whatever he does or goes is beyond me and proves football is the most fickle sport there is. Oh, he's magic, you know... Esteban Cambiasso.

purpleronnie Posted 31 July 2015 Posted 31 July 2015 Couldn't give a fook where he goes, he ain't a Leicester player anymore so what difference does it make?
Burmesefox Posted 31 July 2015 Posted 31 July 2015 If he goes Chelsea I wouldnt be surprised to see him on loan to us in Jan. Can't see him playing much there but any London club or MLS is fine. Any other lower league PL team would be gutting that is a joke isn't it? You buy a player at the end of his career on a short 1 season basis and loan him out? Mmmmm, that makes sense. You would only ever buy him at that level for cover in which case you wouldn't loan out.
Weller in Tights Posted 31 July 2015 Posted 31 July 2015 Thought he was superb last season, a pleasure to watch. Happy to have seen such a class player in a City shirt. He's left now though so **** him! Who cares where he goes? Lets get behind the team we have (hoping a couple more added by the Sunderland game).
Raw Dykes Posted 31 July 2015 Posted 31 July 2015 Did this really warrant a new thread? You got my hopes up then. Why couldn't you have just commented on one of the other threads about him?
Number 6 Posted 31 July 2015 Posted 31 July 2015 Chelsea have a press conference at 2Usual pre match one I assume
Heymister2015 Posted 31 July 2015 Posted 31 July 2015 a worthy way to go out before going to the MLS for a glamorous lifestyle! Hope he wins a title there and will get plenty of games knowing Jose! saving matic for big champions league games!
Haydos Posted 31 July 2015 Posted 31 July 2015 Judas Good luck to the bloke, was stellar for us the entire time and we've got a lot to be thankful for. Will hurt if I have to see him line up against us next year though, hope he goes abroad somewhere.
