Leicester City's greatest 19 players according to?

Heskey shouldn't be in there ahead of Alan Smith.

I know he gave money to the club etc. and a lot of younger fans remember him well, but Smith was a much better player in a worse side - the season we stayed up in 85-86 is the closest I've ever seen a Leicester side to being a one-man team with Smith in the side.

Nice to think that '19' was in homage to Cambiasso.

I started watching in 65-66 so there are a few from before my time, but all the greats I've seen are there except two: Whitworth & Nish, who still feature in my all time XI.

Love Bruno as I did, I can't see why he makes that list at all?

Too young to have ever watch him play but Frank Worthington seems like a George Best type type character. Only time I ever seen him was when he came on at half time in 97 vs Bolton, Played for both clubs if I'm not mistaken.

The Kop started singing a Song, it must of been his song when he played for us went something like this

Franky Wortho! Franky Wortho!
Ohhhhhhhhhh! Ohhhhhhhhhhh!
(Repeat)

Tommy English was a legend. That goal at the kop end vs Man City.

What about his long awaited debut goal at Loftus Rd on the astro turf?

Lineker lifting it over the keeper only to wait on the goal line for Tom to turn up & poke it over the line!

Cue mad delirious goal celebrations on & off the pitch!

He gave money to the club and is a Leicester fan tbf so people remember him more fondly, but there's quite a few players who belong there ahead of him - Alan Smith, Lenny Glover, Frank McLintock and Ken Keyworth to name a few.
