5 games without a goal for Vardy.

Tbf the fact you create a thread about him not scoring in 5 games might suggest an element of panic. Otherwise you would have simply wrote your post in the Vardy thread. So not really that ridiculous a comment from Kitchandro.

Anyway im not worried. He is still a valuable asset to the team when he isn't scoring. Im sure he will get his scoring boots back on soon. Probably against the shite Villa

Why do people find it so hard to understand the difference between frustration and panic?

I'm sitting in my own house drinking coffee with my sons sitting on my knees watching the game with me. What is there in life for me to panic about?

Watching him miss chances he would of scored 10 games ago= frustrating. That's all.

Bloody hell - the amount of negative threads on here tonight are terrifying. Have we forgotten we are top of the league?

Vards was bloody unlucky to score with the superb effort tgat was parried to Okazaki. He'll be grand!

An inch higher and that would have been a sensational goal and there would be no doubters on here.

I don't doubt vardy, I doubt the supply from Mahrez and albrighton, both of whom have let the pressure get to them!

Bloke's not fit so he isn't able to make the runs in behind where he so often gets his goals. Shouldn't even be playing IMO. I'll be concerned if this continues from now on though

Should he really be playing if not fully fit?

Don't think Kramaric is the answer to all our problems but it must be a right kick in the gonads to see an unfit vardy picked ahead of

Him!

Not meaning to be a boblet, but this thread was started on the 13th, not tonight....

He has no fitness issues that burst in 90th min proves that

Needs to get focused again , he was a little nasty and frustrated tonight

New contract being negotiated right now and lots of agent Talk about big clubs (not happening this window)

Focus will return once new LCFC contract sorted !

And I don't blame him being distracted he is 29 this is likely his last big pay day !

Hopefully Vards takes the penalties from now on. He needs goals, he's a striker and Mahrez isn't.

He's looking better now I think, first half he was really good, put some effort in and his attempt led to Okazaki's goal. Surely he'll be scoring again soon.

One burst doesn't prove much.

He spent more time pointing than he did pressing tonight! CR said his condition is suffering from not training for a month, and it was so obvious tonight.

He is clearly having to manage his energy levels to get through the 90.

Totally agree, maybe CR thinks the fear he instills in defenders makes him worth playing, but he is a shadow of what he was.
