Predictions for the next 3?

Win, Lose, Lose.

Will be hopeful we can get at least a point from the latter two games though.

It's not the way to think at all but with what's to come after we can even survive the two losses and still win the league.

Been that kind of season.

Can you imagine if we were to win all 3.

At home I fancy us to beat anyone so I can defo see a win against Liverpool. When we play Man City and Arsenal the pressure will be 100% on them. We can play with freedom and with more rest. I can certainly see an upset in at least 1 of those games.

I reckon we will beat Liverpool and Man City and snatch a late equaliser against Arsenal. 7 points and top 4 practically nailed on.

But if we go and lose all 3 games then we will still be in a good position to go for a top 4 place. Lets not forget there are plenty of games after these 3.

We won't win all 3, to be honest losing all 3 wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. If we slipped to third or even fourth, we would still have the rest of the league to play, with the rest of the top 4 and Liverpool already played. Top of the table pressure would be off and we would be out of the spotlight while the others still have to play and take points off each other we can focus on taking the points from the rest of the league and a late surge.

If I had to put money on it I would say 1 point from those 3 games...

...but Liverpool have 2 extra games to play between now and our game, so do City, they both have key players out injured while Arsenal only have 1 extra game than us, their next game is Barcelona, they also  have key players injured.

We take 4 or 5 points from these games maybe more, but odds are we won't. I think all talk of finishing position should go on hold until these 3 games are over, they won't define our season but they will give us a good indication.

Hate the scousers and really hope we spank them 3-0

City away we have a shout, they are certainly not the side they were, need to give Aguero a shoeing though. cue Huth! 1-1

Arsenal away will be tricky and honestly dont see us getting anything lose 2-0

Arsenal will be the team to do the double over us and still finish 2nd to us !  :scarf:

Have just checked our record v Arsenal and it is off the scale in its awfulness. No wins in the last 19 league games home and away, defeats in 15 of the last 16 league games at their place and our last win there was in 1973. History is not on our side in this fixture but this team has broken plenty of other hoodoos this season!

With 3 pts:

We're likely 1 or 3 pts back of first place with some ground to make up.

With 4 pts:

We're likely in first place, or just behind on goal difference.

With 5 pts:

We're guaranteed to be ahead, and we have an easier remaining schedule. Pundits believe we will actually win it all, and we get a little uneasy about the hype.

With 9 pts:

We're atleast 6 pts clear with 12 to go. We wake up and realize this has all been a dream. The title run, Vardy's goal streak, the great escape... all of it.

We should beat the scum midweek

5 points from these 3 games n we'll win the league and I'm the most pessimistic Leicester fan ever

"the scum"?

care to elaborate?

I just thought about two possible scenarios... which would you take?:

Beat Liverpool, Lose to Arsenal and Man City... which is 3 points

Lose to Liverpool, Draw to Arsenal and Man City... 2 points

Am I right in saying the latter is much better for us?

No youre not right, wins are wins, we would have more points from scenario 1

The second scenario will be better. Take points off the teams directly around us. Better for form and moral also.

We will definitely lose to Arsenal.

Stop trying to talk in certainties and accept the fact you don't know. I think we will probably lose to Arsenal, but I'll still be watching the game to see if we can get a result.

I love us to take 5 points.

We've just got to look at the next game, we need to beat Liverpool. Assess what went wrong on Boxing Day, then put that right and grab at 3 points.

Beat Liverpool at home 2-1, draw at Man City 1-1, lose at Arsenal 2-1. 4 points would be a very good return and certainly keep us in a great position. Liverpool and Man City both very suspect at the back, there's points there for sure. Arsenal always seem to beat us when there at home over the years and it's a very tough game to get anything from. But you never know!
