It's not strictly cooking, but I'm currently cold smoking my home cured beetroot salmon.

 

Anyone else cure there own meats/fish at home? It's something I really enjoy.

Anyone got a good home made coleslaw?

I make it with shredded red cabbage, grated carrot, halved red grapes, roughly chopped walnuts, chopped apple, home-made mayo.
