Moaning and Groaning

I know what you mean, I too heard people moaning and groaning when we pushed the ball back to a defender or kasper.

As you say let's try and keep possession.

Personally I'd rather hear the woman who sat next to me moaning and groaning for different reasons.   :sweating:

Dear supporter,

Thank you for your application to become a Leicester fan but unfortunately you appear to be far too measured and balanced. A true fox displays the ability to harbour unreasonable expectations coupled with the ability to become apoplectic over fictional circumstances, set against the background of a general disatisfaction with everything.

In all honesty, the fact that your form omitted to suggest we swap the Kop over, sack someone, sign Berahino or complain about flasks/prices/person sitting near you meant it went straight in the bin.

We suggest that if you wish to submit yourself again for future consideration that you spend time practising the following subjects:

* "That Ulloa, we are better than him now."

* "Like, seriously, we should be hammering clubs at that end of the table like 6-0 or something."

* "Honestly, Sky. How the flip do I get back from there at that time of Sunday night?"

* "If you wanted to protest you should have hired a plane and made a banner instead."

* "The Foxes Trust? Who the fück are the Foxes Trust?"

Best regards, etc.

Personally, I'd prefer it if people stopped posting and creating threads telling others what to think, feel and say.

This is a discussion forum and people can express whatever opinion they like.

Irony?

You forgot the right of passage that every City fan has to go through:

* 'We should swap the Kop with the family stand'.

People actually moaning that we've taken 4pts off two parked buses at home? Really?

Need to have a look at themselves. Wouldn't want to end up with a bunch of whinging half white like Arsenhole!!

Performance against canary merited draw, performance against Baggies merited win. We got the 4 points we deserved, onwards and upwards.

Can we please stop this?!

The Norwich game and West Brom game it is almost embarrassing to listen to simply cos we pass the ball back to keep possession.

It's unreal how expectant we have become. Look at the bigger picture and the position we are in.

We're top of the league and have been for a number of weeks yet some 'fans' feel the need to get annoyed at players like Simpson or Drinkwater or Kante play it back to Wes or Huth. So what if they do that??

I'd rather keep possession and work our way to a goal (i.e Ulloa vs Norwich) than just hoof it up and lose an aerial battle. And it's not even dying minutes that this happens. It's around midway through the match where fans are getting frustrated.

To me, it's not on considering how well these players have played and the entertainment they have provided us virtually every game. It's as if these fans are panicking.

So stop moaning and enjoy where we are. Enjoy the fact we are picking up points to stay at the top and still be in contention for winning the Premier League!

Edit: bear in mind this stems mostly from the Norwich match. Not as bad yesterday cos I do love the fans reaction when we do concede - the support is pure when this happens, but just have some patience even when we're pushing for a goal!

I can see where you're coming from, but isn't moaning about people moaning right next to you also considered moaning? :D

To me, this seems to be a bit of a luxury issue here. I'm sure we've seen our players pass the ball back to the back four or even Schmeichel a few times at the start of the season with people complaining about it, but I can't recall a lot of FT posters getting upset about it.

How do you want to change people's perception of a game? You can't teach it to them, can't impose your views on them.

All in all, I think we should all relax and chill out a little.

Sergio Hellings.

Hossein Kaebi.

That was worth moaning about.

People tend to forget quickly about the bad things in life, don't they? And in football, even more so.

Was having this discussion in the pub Saturday after the game.

You know...It doesn't get better than this. Now, at this very moment we are the media darlings, we are enhancing our reputation over the world, we have a great team, we have a smashing manager, we have 'togetherness' both on and off the field and we have the best chance any of us will likely ever see to win the title.

It's AMAZING..Our odds pre season of 5000/1 if they come in will be the longest odds in the history of world sport. Not only football..All sports.

If we cannot embrace this NOW, ride the crest of the wave, stop worrying if we concede an early goal etc etc etc we NEVER will.

Having been a City supporter for 40 years, let me tell you..This is the best it gets. Enjoy it NOW. You'll never get a better opportunity to.

Amen to that. There is a temptation to want every game NOW, but before we know it the season will be over and we'll be thinking 'did that really happen'? We have to try and enjoy (if that's the right word when we're desperately chasing an equaliser/winner) every second of this epic adventure

Not heard any moaning at all. Against Norwich I heard a few murmurs of frustration but it was that sort of game. You don't get many fans of clubs instantly cheering on their team after conceding
