Who to buy ? Who to go ?

I hope the club just quietly go about adding further quality to our squad and would rather not hear a word about it until signings are completed. As for player retention again, I'm more than happy for the club to do what they think will serve us best.

Most of all I want exactly the same collective spirit, belief and attitudes to be apparent next season as this, no matter what setbacks or success we have.

Year after year we  have the ridiculous situation of being mentioned as "potentially signing" every half decent player in the Western Hemisphere. It's pathetic. In the famous words on the teeshirt I'd rather we "Just Do It" and to hell with all the periphery speculation.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Signing Mahrez, Kante etc. on new long term deals will be the best signings we can make.

This.

Keeping Kante for me should be the main goal. Offer him a fat load of cash as far as I am concerned, he's the best midfielder we've ever had and if he goes to another prem club, we're gonna have to find a way to play against him twice.

Dont get rid of anybody, or buy anyone, that are ever mentioned on this forum...

This forum has a diabolical history of choosing , players to remain or stay, and buy.

Lets face it, you are all shit.... :)

You are all just has bloody bad, when deciding to remain or exit the EU.

Is our 18 year old Dane good enough for the reserve keeper status yet?

RB, CB, FW at the very least.

Keep 'em all unless they want to leave for first team football, I.e. Inler unless we need more than King, Amartey and James aren't enough.

It's looking like Mahrez is staying a while longer which is fantastic. Its also looking increasingly like Kante will be off to either PSG or Man U which will be a pity as a midfield enforcer suits our team playing style well. Can't think of any midfielder likely to be available who could comfortably fit that role, prefect would be a scoring central midfield player in the Lambard kind of role who could add a good few goals to the season. Someone who was a free kick specialist from 25 yards out.

I still recon Sturridge would be a great buy as I think we could help his match fitness which will currently give Liverpool a reason to sell and make him cheaper than he should be. A front line of a working Sturridge and Vardy would offer a very potent attacking threat.

The back 5 should be the same, I can't see Schmeichel going to RM to sit on the bench as the number 2. Need backup for Simpson as he does some howlers, but not De Laet who always gets turned way too easily.

I try to bring in Schlupp more and have Albrighton as the number 2 on the left, if he could just add shooting to his game he'd be a top top player. So all we need really is a great strike partner for Vardy and a great midfield player to replace Kante and a developing right back to deputise for Simpson then a couple of other competent defenders to replace tired/suspended defenders because they are all getting quite old (their deputies are currently even older!).

i will cry like a baby if kante leaves.

if we cant convince a player to stay with the club (admittedly a world class player who would walk into any team) after winning the premier league then just what is the point of life?

deeney seems like an underwhelming signing for the league champions with champions league football on the horizon but if we can win the league with okazaki and ulloa playing pivotal roles (no disrespect) then imagine what we could do with deeney or perhaps someone even better?

Keep wasyl, excellent cover, champions league experience, old but his positioning is top class.

Agree with that.

For the sake of £20k a week why upset the team unit.

He's got another year even if only as a beast to play against in training

For me i don't see Okazaki as a success. Would like to hear your opinion. 5 goals 0 assists. Next ball he wins from the air will be his first. Goes to the turf on almost any challenge but doesnt draw many fouls. I might look to improve upon him if possible. Ulloa to me is very useful in a bench role.

Okazaki has done more in the second half of the season than the first.

Appears more composed, stays on his feet and more aware.

I take it back on okazakis fouls suffered, he is actually second on the team to mahrez in that respect. Mahrez drew an incredible 81 fouls this year.

I like Shinji, i just think he, of the 10 field players, is the first one id look to upgrade, if being greedy

I am amazed we actually won the league!

This should be just the start

I've only gone and bought myself one of these bad-boys:

Superb!

And made by a leicester fan too!

I'm on Cloudio-9

You have your head IN the clouds if you think you're going to sell any of those awful looking mugs

I live in Tokyo and married to Japanese and really would love for Okazaki to stay, but...

Even his work rate is unbelievable, if he could score 4-5 more goals per season (and fall down less often) i would keep him.

Now, i need magic ball to see if this could happen or not...

Guys, I have the solution, Slimani (30 goals this season) at top and Brahimi (one of the best ball players around) at the Left.
