I acquired a couple of very high quality giclee prints some years ago, one in particular signed by the artist that I had framed in quite an expensive oak contempary frame and I have been astounded at the rise in value. On the same thread, I have two original and stunning waxed oil pictures; again framed and signed by the very talented artist that are, relative to when I purchased them 'exactly' the same value today!!! Pay your money and takes your chance as they say, but at least you have 'something' to show for your brass!!!?

I had no idea why David Beckham was in Version 1, but I think it's Simpson in Version 2. Pagey, if my kid brought it home it would be one of those that go in the "special cupboard".
goose2010 Posted 23 May 2016 Posted 23 May 2016 Have you got any examples of the Artists other work? is this a style he paints to? If he is trying to go for portraits I would recommend dropping the prices or you are going to be left with about 295 prints.
