psychonaut Posted 22 July 2016 Author Posted 22 July 2016 Thought he was dreadful when he came on against Oxford.

foxy boxing Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 cannot see him making an impression on the first team so let him go out on loan and see how he fares. he will probably end up moving somewhere else permanently in the long run
Grewks Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 There's no point in selling him unless we need the cash. Send him out on loan again.
Guest seanfox778 Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 Would like to see him on loan in the Premier League, see what he does playing regularly. I still don't even know if he's a striker or a winger.
dpjfox Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 going to Celtic could be a good loan move..... good coach and mediocre standard toimprove confidence
Gerard Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 23 in January Been here two years Is there any evidence that he will ever break into our first team? If not sell him rather than loan him. I'd rather get rid of the "deadwood" than hold onto them for years just in case they suddenly get a whole lot better. I've never been impressed with him the little I have seen of him and if he's not close at this age then time to let him go. There are loads of clubs wanting to loan him and decent clubs at that, get a fee whilst we can as one of them will stump up.
MPH Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 He really needs a another full season of first team football...

Sol thewall Bamba Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 Got made redundant when we signed Gray I'm afraid.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 Think he'd have broke in under Nige, he clearly liked him.
Danno Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 Sell, never gonna be good enough for a side chasing top six.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 Remember when everyone thought he was going to be incredible?
NewEnglandFox Posted 22 July 2016 Posted 22 July 2016 I was surprised that he played against Oxford. I thought he booked his own ticket out of Leicester last Spring when he said Ranieri doesn't give youth a chance. I don't think we have anything to gain by keeping him on our books and sending him out of loan.

Disagree slightly. His value probably rose last season playing regularly well in the championship. Even if he doesn't feature in our plan going forward; if he continues to develop and with the way prices are rising it seems a good way to put him in the shop window whilst someone pays a good chunk of his salary.
