I think second half showed, a little bit, we were more solid with a central midfield three. At home I think we're capable of 4-4-2 but away from home at the top sides we need solidity with possibly 4-3-3. 

 

However, Mendy could make 4-4-2 work for us both away, and I suppose home too. We will have to see. Before Mendy's injury he did very well in a midfield two.

Conceding 12 against Man U, Liverpool and Chelsea is not good. Something needs to change. 

That's how I feel too. Clearly the formation isn't working/our set piece needs a bit of work. We actually looked quite good in the first 20 but the final pass was awful (Albrighton!). I really can't stomach teams scoring three/four goals against us anymore.

I'm sure we'll switch to that in our next two away games and I'm sure we'll see results. Even if that only means losing by fewer goals that'll show we're progressing away from the current shambles we are away from home

3 away games, 3 defeats... 10 conceded... that is a big worry and should be a nudge to try something different . Very different to last season when we ripped teams to part away from home and looked better than we did at home

Absolute joke we went to Old Trafford playing a 442. Okazaki needed to play behind a striker. Raneiri doesn't seem to know what his best side is at all.

We looked better in a 4-3-3 second half, because Man United didn't try.
