If you harp on about last season, we are just as bad as Man U, Leeds and Forest fans who cling to their past at their detriment. Liverpool took years to recover by hanging onto their 70's successes. 3. We need to remove all the photos of last year from the tunnel and training ground and focus on a relegation battle rather than have the past in our heads. 4. A big clearout is needed, bringing in players that are battle hardened for a relegation battle. 5. We have lost that strong group mentality created over years by Pearson. Pearson who created that has long gone. Ranieri no longer has that group strength that Pearson put together. We need a no nonsence manager who us who is used to a relegation battle, and big Sam fills those credentials. You wouldnt employ Ranieri now for a relegation battle if it wasn't for last seasons success. Big Sam for me, and a complete clearout.
