Am I right in saying that if it was the may option then it would be the second last game of the season?

Correct it would be between Man City away and Bournemouth at home.

If it was the April date it would be between Spurs at Home and West Brom away.

Spurs at home is also likely to move should Spurs progress at home to Millwall.

Correct. Maybe they are still assuming Arsenal could play CL in April as there are two other weeks. Real played last night when CL games are on so it's possible.

Also, Arsenal miss this weekend due to League Cup final (Southampton). And if they beat Lincoln they have another weekend where they miss a game. That makes three games in hand

Could work out well for us should we need one win from this and Bournemouth I reckon, free swing at a win with high stakes so the players wouldn't be short of motivation

So it's likely then that we have four away games on the spin in the league?

With Spurs likely to move, meaning that would take up the slot on the 15th May and the Arsenal game would end up 25th April. Meaning...

9/4 Everton A

15/4 Palace A

25/4 Arsenal A

29/4 West Brom A

according to FA guidelines that shouldn't be able to happen

"No club will play more than two home games or two away matches in a row - in any five matches, there must be a split of three home and two away fixtures, or vice versa."

also according to FA guidelines the Spurs game won't be able to be on the week beginning the 15th May

"Clubs will never start or end the season with two consecutive home or away matches."

It's definitely happened before. Sunderland had it a couple of years ago where they finished with two away games. I don't think it accounts for rearranged games.

but to avoid us playing four consec away fixtures makes it more likely that spurs will be 25/26 april (just after half their players have been sent off losing to Chelsea in the semi) and arsenal 16/17 may. that would mean us having three home midweek fixtures in april and ending the season :  citeh A   arsenal A     bournemouth H.    last season was yanited A    everton  H    Chelsea A.  that was ok as far as I recall ..............

Yeah forgot it was sky but regardless, a London away, one of the big clubs, one of the last away games of the season and against an Arsenal team who look there to be shot at
