Sambiasso Posted 20 March 2017 Posted 20 March 2017 Rob Tanner @RobTannerMerc 9m9 minutes ago #LCFC will travel to Arsenal in the Premier League on Wednesday, April 26. Kick off 7.45pm. The game is on Sky.
Wymsey Posted 20 March 2017 Posted 20 March 2017 Not a bad date. We'll be safe by then, and Arsenal may need to win in order to be guaranteed a top-five finish.
Gerard Posted 20 March 2017 Posted 20 March 2017 Good timing. We will have last played on the Tuesday before at home to Atletico and they will have played at the weekend at Wembley in the FA Cup.
VLC86 Posted 20 March 2017 Posted 20 March 2017 We will put out a second team in order to rest them for the Champions League Semi
st albans fox Posted 20 March 2017 Posted 20 March 2017 Surprised by this as it means four away PL games on the bounce thought the Spurs game would be re arranged for that week
Koke Posted 20 March 2017 Posted 20 March 2017 We haven't beaten Arsenal since the 90s. Wish we could play them now while they're in turmoil. Arsenal usually finish their seasons strongly, so they will probably beat us again.

FA cup bonus for us

We lost the replay at Filbo 2-1.
Nugent Posted 20 March 2017 Posted 20 March 2017 Luckily working and staying in London that week so works for me!

I say I was there because as a Londoner I usually attended London games in those days, I'm pretty sure I was at the F A Cup games in 73 but I was definitely at all the F A Cup games in 75, what a killer that was! Some of those Arsenal games must merge in the memory I think we played them about 12 times in 3 seasons!
FoxRanger Posted 20 March 2017 Posted 20 March 2017 My brother in law has just surprised me by booking me 2 tickets for this game.
