The Guardian won't even be around in a few years, it's circulation is dying and they are now begging for money online.

Awkward for the Mirror as well, they called for to go but will have to endorse him.

It's a strange election, Corbyn might poll the highest of any Labour leader since Blair, yet the Guardian and Mirror called for him to go, the Staggers called him a joke, most prominent left-wing journalists disowned him and 80% of his own party told the nation he isn't fit to lead a political movement. I'll upset @Swan Lesta again but the comparisons to Trump are obvious.

No one has said it, but this is left wing populism in action.

Not really. It's just the media getting it wrong because they are out of touch.

Populism is a strategy of winning power by offering a jumble of popular policies and slogans that fail to form a coherent strategy, usually aimed at people who aren't politically engaged.

I wonder how many marginals Kerrang voters will sway???

UKIP may be standing down in Bedford to pave the way for the Tories - but will their 7,000 votes given to the Tories beat Bedford's Kerrang voters???

(yes)

It's like she's written the script so far.

Need to move to the police, nhs, education, lack of growth, falling wages etc

Far too tame this, not being put under any scrutiny at all. This is the kind of night the Tories were well prepared for. She's saying nothing of any substance but standing her ground.

I must be seeing a different TM she looks like a broken person her face is all screwed up when she's  speaking and about to have a nervous breakdown.

She's lying about the £23k being increased to £100k for social care spend. That only holds true for nursing homes where £23k was in place - this affects 300k people. The other millions at risk of going into a care home will ALL be worse off.

Brexit is perfect for her, she can use the voters as a human shield.

This stuff not great for her but anyone who tuned in for the first half hour and flicked over to BGT got the message CCHQ wanted.

She is good at lying and faking.

She dodged the issue of how is she representing the 48% who didn't want it well, but you're right, in terms of the direction she's headed there she's got absolution and keeping things on Brexit suits her.

Glad that's not just me. Seems like she's doing a shocking job, imo.

Be honest is this better or worse than you expected?

She looks jaded, she looks a mess, her hair is all over the place like she had 12 rounds of sex and faked all of her orgasms.

It's about as expected (I must admit, I was hoping for a car crash, but it's not quite that bad) She could be doing worse, but she looks a nervous wreck, and it's clear when she's not answering the question.

For all Cameron's flaws, this kind of stuff was meat and drink to him. TM just doesn't inspire any confidence, both with her demeanor and and her answers.

It's surprising given that she doesn't seem to have been that busy recently
