Well she had that and she remained. What does that tell you about the Labour party?

That I don't lead it? :dunno:

@Buce as well as I forgot to quote him.

"In bed" with might sound good as a criticism, but in reality it means little. Show me a country in the World that doesn't trade with Saudi Arabia. If Theresa May was holding rallies in Hyde Park celebrating the Saudi I'd understand your point.

I find your opinion a bit strange on this given you want to talk to North Korea.

Can you show me a government minister who has of his or her own accord spoke up in favour and celebrated a regime that does these things?

Please don't forget Corbyn did this at his own accord, his own choice whilst on the backbenches. He didn't only condone them. He celebrated them.

It's less about about that we trade with them, more a case of what we trade to them; those are British bombs killing Yemeni children.

Neither do we speak up about their Human Rights abuses - we only do that with regimes we don't support or trade weapons to.

Would you refuse to deal arms to regimes who engage in war you don't agree with then? To say it's British bombs is absurd, Saudi buys bombs for 86 countries.

That sounds a bit strange given how you get upset about predictions on the economic impact of Brexit.

Again though, what do you think of the Labour leader speaking up voluntarily on behalf of a government that hangs gay people?

Plenty of reasonable answers have been given over the last two years but you won’t listen and will still say we are thick racists. So what is the point in engaging with anything serious?

Don't think I've ever seen you make a serious post so wasn't expecting it from you tbh.

What I was hoping for was that other brexiters would say things like trade deals, sovereignty, taking back control etc which are all fundamentally economic in nature. Even the more understandable arguments against immigration - effect on low skilled wages, pressure on underfunded services - are fundamentally economic in nature. So when someone says their reasons for voting were not economic, I struggle to think of what those reasons could possibly be.

The silence on this question is very telling. In fact has already told me everything I needed to know. The real reasons - the only ones left - are those that people don't want to talk about in public.

You do know that homosexual activity is punishable by death in SA too, I assume?

Yet you and the Tories are happy to trade arms to them. Do you not recognise the hypocricy of any of that?

Silence? ffs Moose everything you mention here has been debated at length.

If you can tell me how a British government can proceed with an independent trade deal inside the EU I'm genuinely all ears, but I ask this and you vanish like your avatar.

Look at two pages ago, debate on trade and moved to migration straight away.

They already have, EFB are closer than any official body.

Germany now has a far-right opposition due to these policies and you celebrate it?

The right wingers (here) said Germany Economy would suffer terribly from the large scale immigration...hasn't happened.

Yes I did. Went there in 2013. I'm happy to trade with any country.

Antisemitism in The Labour Party is a myth. This is the rights response to the arguments of many movements within the wider left such as anti-capitalism and the pro-Palestine movements, by branding the arguments of those cliques “antisemitic” they play on the stereotypes and connotations of Jews in the world by framing them as the target of those arguments when they are not. It’s actually the antisemitism on the right/liberal part of the spectrum that drives the accusations of racism on the left. It’s disgusting imo.

Can you show me a single post (or even article) where right wingers claimed Germany would suffer economically because of migration?

One of the arguments for Brexit was wage supression.

Can you quote anyone here saying the German economy would suffer from the migration?

Because I’ve never said that and I don’t recall anyone else saying that.

I didn't say we could. You said brexit was never about the economy. I asked what non-economic reasons anybody had for voting brexit. You said trade deals but the possibility of doing our own trade deals is an economic reason.

It's been said umpteen times it was about having our laws made in this country by people from this country who we can vote in or vote out. It's called democracy. Now just imply I'm racist and lets move on.

What benefit is there in making our laws? What benefit is there in being able to vote people in and out?

You're right, lets cancel the next election and the conservatives can stay in power for ever.

What do think about Jackie Walker being allowed back into the party?

Well that doesn't work because I want to vote the Tories out because they've been a disaster for the economy. So again that's an economic reason.
