Seriously buddy, his role is player recruitment (negotiations, which he gas endlessly bullsed up), youth staff, scouts (who find the players and submit to manager, who then asks DOF to negotiate deal with), managing of footballing facilities etc. But managers is the owners remit, trust me. I know the role well enough ta.

 

But its like at your work place, your boss runs everything apart from when the senior staff need replacing, then your area manager gets involved.

ok , here goes , i actually know i'm right . i know where and when he interviewed him , i can say i know he interviewed others,  but i don't know who they were . Rudkin picked the interviewees and the owners attended the interviews that  Rudkin arranged ,  then the choice was made . of course with Rudkin being the director of football he had influence no doubt ,  but  the owners make the final choice . oh , i am not your buddy . you know jack s**t

Eduardo (great man ) is in charge of the scouts , he takes info from them and then has " recruitment meetings " with who ? the manager ? no Rudkin , i haven't guessed that its just true and how most teams work . the manager has no contact with scouts at all . like i've said on here before , i don't make things up , i leave that to the idiots .

Hahaha you are brilliant. Nige and Claudio both had scouts chasing specefic targets. How is this so, if the scouts have no  contact with the manager? I still don't understand your animosity towards me. Just saying what I hear from meetings and coaches conferences. 

 

I also have no doubt that Rudkin has meetings with the scouts alongside the manager, probably to discuss how he can feck up another players contract by adding release clauses, or pissing players off by giving some a release and not others (see unsettled Mahrez) and forgetting to send a fax at an apporpriate time. #14secondslateistoolate. Always arrive early to the party.

Your not far wrong. Not me though. Let's say I've worked with a few disgruntled people, players, relatives, physios and coaches, as a result of his lack of interpersonal skills.

Me and Jon went on a fishing trip to Hungary on the first Saturday of May 2016, I remember it so well because Jon turned to me in the late afternoon, looked me in the eye and said "Jack, there's nowhere in the world I'd rather be than here with you fishing in the sea in Hungary". he does not have meetings with scouts along side of the manager . end of . if the managerwants a player watched he will see Rudkin ,  who then goes down the line to eduardo to the scouts . its just how it is , professional . not scouts ringing the manager every time they think theyve found pele !!!! think about it just for a sec or 2 . 

i have a grudge against all people who make things up and believe them ,  not just you . 

all the 14 seconds etc i have heard many different views and i dont know which one to believe , perhaps thats you fault ?
