So, hot on the heels of the Brexit poll is our very own Foxestalk (Imaginary) election poll. Basically, I want to know how we voted last year and how we'd vote now.

I'll make my next poll more interesting as I realise this isn't really offering decent competition to the biscuit poll.

I vote @toddybad PM with right hand man @Rogstanley.

The younger, newer, kinder face of politics. And probably more likely to win than Jezza.

Let's end the poll here then ?

We need a decent alternative to the tories that hasn’t lurched too far to the left. Sadly this country seems so divided now that it’ll take a miracle to please a good majority.

Labour would need to get in without my vote and and be successful for several years before I decided to vote for them. Not a traditional Tory and don't agree with a lot of them but I am too skeptical of labour and their ability to do good for the country.

Didn’t vote last time, I was on holiday at the time of the election and I couldn’t decide by the time my postal vote needed to be sent. So I spoilt it.

As things stand I would vote conservative, with Labours commitment to being in a Customs Union I have no interest in helping them to power. Although I’m not convinced they actually mean it.

At the moment in world politics there's a trend for 'populist' candidates to win elections. Unless the conservatives get there own leader who will appeal to new voters, a Boris Johnson or Jacob Rees Mogg I see labour and corbyn winning a landslide whenever the next election may be.

The Tories could have Rolf Harris as their candidate round here & still win.

I voted Labour last time & probably will next time.

I’d vote for Rolf, if he let me play with his didgeridoo.

Living in Leicester East pretty sure anyone in Red would get elected and being someone taking the government to an ET and helping a lot of friends involved in a civil class action against HMG have little respect for the current government and the inability to deal with corruption and incompetence in a company they own but lack any courage to correct what they admit is wrong.

It is certainly a case of May can't even beat Corbyn and Corbyn can't even beat May. If either party had even a semi-electable, more reasonable leader and put out a common-sense readable manifesto then they'd be winning a comfortable majority.

Just my opinion so please don’t shout me down too much, but as someone who did consider himself once a labour suporter, I can’t help think that the wrong Milliband was elected as Leader a while back.

Don't really like the current Conservative party. Too much into Corporatism and in big business' pockets rather than blocking takeovers to promote fair competition. But still feel like I have to vote for them tactically due to wanting to keep the current Labour Party out of power.

Just wish the Lib Dems or Labour presented a half decent alternative. At least Vince Cable is slightly less of a wet lettuce than Tim Farron I guess, but that feels like the only change from last year.

I've voted all 3 major parties in the past (and the SDP back in the day) and happily would again in the future, but it's been years (previous one before last year was probably '92) since I felt I was voting tactically "against" a party rather than actually voting "for" a party, as I did last year because the options were all so unappealing in the election (and still feel now).

Labour and Labour. Not because I particularly like Corbyn, but because this Tory government has overseen eight years of falling wages and have made ideological cuts to services which have crushed quality of life for the most vulnerable and disadvantaged in society, for no reason other than to facilitate larger big business profits and further their own careers.

No government that fails ordinary people as much as this one has should ever get re-elected, but we live in strange times.

Not sure why anyone would vote for Labour, they just seem to be in a total mess still. Not sure why anyone ever votes conservative, they are still too eltitist. There is no third option. British politics is in a sad, sad state.

Tory and tory. And tory at the next proper election unless a decent alternative rears its head between now and then.

Really? :o

Who’d have guessed it.
