Has to be Yorkshire tea.

For in the bag, yeah Yorkshire is the best. Has to be Yorkshire Gold though. I like loose leaf Assam tea at home though mate.

Anyone going below 4 is a right fvcking Mary. Props to people who have it black that’s an extreme I’m not willing to go to.

I'm a 4 to 5, so I expect I'm a Mary Proppins .....     :(

I haven't had sugar in my tea since I was a teen. Wouldn't touch it with a barge pole now.

Couldn't drink It without 2 sugars for years but I've slowly weened myself off and I'm down to 1/4 a spoon. Hopefully pack it in completely soon. Noticed since I've started doing that, I no longer fancy sugary foods like chocolate and cakes etc!

I've noticed not everywhere sells Yorkshire Gold but it's definitely worth the extra few quid.

You're proper posh if you also have loose leaf tea though. I bet you have china cups and a strainer too :D

Once you stop having sugar you'll wonder how you ever had it in the first place, you can actually taste the true taste of tea.

Anyone found a decent milk for tea that you can have if you're lactose intolerant. I never feel great after cows milk, but almond and soy tastes like cardboard.

Alpro is actually a nice Soya ...   and I couldn’t stand the stuff ...   on porridge it’s actually better than milk ...

#1 or #2.  But i prefer punjabi cha (tea) with my cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and fennel seeds boiled with the tea bag and water and yes milk. Little sugar.

Provitamil oat milk is lovely in coffee - I don't see any reason it wouldn't be the same in tea (there are other brands but they curdle in hot drinks).

Ah, yes, Yorkshire - that well-known grower of tea...

:D

How did you ever get on in the days before coffee bro?

It's still a relatively new phenomenon in the U.K. and it sounds like you've also been suckered in to all the marketing hype

I think coffee's been around longer than tea in the UK. At least in London.

Possibly, but I never remember adults drinking coffee when I was a kid - only tea.

It seems coffee has only really become popular over here since the 90's when Starbucks first opened and now it's exploded into a trendy fashion.

2/3 but it is annoying how people can turn into miserable little nazi ****ers  if their tea is not done just right.

Unless if you get served with 4/5 then fair dos!
