We have heard Phew well going on about the number of players we have injured.

I cannot recall us having so many for quite some time.

Is this do you think, down to the less reliance on our sports science team.

Under Pearson and Claudio it seemed that a lot of emphasis was made of this.

Nowadays we never hear of them being mentioned.

Do we still rely on sports science or is this completely ignored?

IMO they don't want to play. For instance Kasper used to rush back from injuries, he played with a broken finger and after a hernia, yet he's got a minor injury and hasn't played since Burnley?

I can understand him what with the world cup

Some of it is down to players not playing for a long while, no reserve team fixtures these days and then being brought back in, I'd suggest Amarty definitely falls into this and possibly Iborra and Simpson.

We got away with it under Ranier because the team was virtually the same for every game.

Yeah tbh I couldn't imagine picking up an injury in a nothing game to miss the World Cup.

Yes all those 'injuries'.

I would down tools if he was my boss as well.

Bet you're a great employee. Downing tools is bullshit, always has been and always will be. It's disrespectful to owners, fans, coaches, and teammates - not to mention it shows a capriciousness and selfishness that is absolutely toxic for a club.

WRONG

Go on then, tell me why we shouldn't all be a little insulted if the players are taking a salary while taking the piss.

It’s all the drugs we fed them to keep them injury free during the title charge finally taking its toll.

those two year binge comedowns hit you quite hard.

or is it all just random fluctuations?
