Leicester are desperate for a bigger music venue to get some bigger artists or bands to come here. Also need somewhere for upcoming bands to play, should of never shut The Charlotte we need something like that again.

I guess they and the promoters will have crap sales data to back it up.

 

Saw Gengahr in the smallest room at the 02 a few years ago and I'd be surprised if thee was more than 40 people there. Saw Declan McKenna at a half empty DMH the other year too. Derby is landing lots of gigs with their new venue...
