Sofy is on FIFA 23.

There must have been a Leicester artist on about half the fifa games.

Kasabian multiple times. Easy Life twice, Kamakaze, Mahalia and now Sofy.

Andy Wright who ran The Charlotte has sadly died today. :(

Only just seen this, very sad indeed. Charlotte was a great venue, played there a few times myself as well as seeing some great bands.

Turns out it was 89 our first gig there, supporting Rev Head who were a great bunch.

Anyone used to go to Fan Club in Leicester? No idea if it’s still there, I moved to Scotland 15 years ago. Shitty, dirty indie club? I used to go there around 2000.

Yeah, went quite a bit during my most active “going out” days, around 2006-2010. Fan club, Mosh and places like the Shed was my kind of music. Zanzibar, Liquid etc were awful and always full of twats.

Pretty sure it’s still there, which is surprising. Would love to go back when I’m next up TBF.

Maybe we should have a Foxestalk Fan Club takeover haha. I only went between 1999-2002. Saw quite a few bands in the Shed too.
