I genuinely believe that the CC will collapse at some point in my life time due to the scandals yet to come out.

The idea it's shut down because some idiots abuse the position of power in one of the branches of it? Get a grip of yourself. That's probably the daftest thing you have said and given the competition that's some prize.

It was clearly taken over by something more nefarious hundreds if not thousands of years ago. The symbolism and shit they get up to makes this pretty obvious.

With so much money and influence its easier to sweep these issues under the rug than confront these issues and the condemnation it brings. There's plenty of independent churches nowadays that offer the exact same worship without the child abuse and backwards politics the Catholic Church offers. Either way, its not a good look mate.
